Waldo is a background character who was a former classmate of Brooklyn Guy. He first appeared in "Where's Waldo?", where he is wanted for stealing government secrets, which he plans to sell them to the highest bidder. He was able to steal the files by sneaking into a government facility since no one can see him. He's first seen at Junior's house, making Junior and Joseph try to find him. After being found, Cody jokes that he might just be bad at hiding. Waldo says he can’t stay in one spot too long unless someone finds him. He soon vanishes again and is not found for the rest of the video.
He then made another appearance in "SQUID GAME 3 Part 3" as he was seen in the many Where's Waldo books that were used for the game "Where's Waldo?" where the players had to find him within two minutes, and circle him with their sharpie or they'll get shot in the face by Circle Guard.
Outside of "SQUID GAME 3 Part 3", He mainly appeared as a background character, hiding in the Red Couch after "Where's Waldo?" came out until his dead body was found in "Marvin The Hero!" by Marvin, which Marvin gets some awards by Donald Trump as Donald Trump says Waldo's one of America's most wanted criminals and called Waldo "Wacky Waldo". Waldo later returned in the episode as a ghost, explaining that he has to be found 10 times before the end of October.

- He is based on the character of Wally from a series of children's puzzle books called Where's Wally? by English illustrator Martin Handford, though he's called Waldo in SML as the series is called "Where's Waldo?" in the northern part of the Americas.
