"Toys For Tots!" is the 1,234th episode of SML Movies and the first Christmas special of 2025.
Plot[]
The video starts with Jackie Chu telling the class that they're going to be doing Angel Tree gifts, and to explain what it is, they have one of Santa's helpers as Brooklyn T. Guy comes in, saying hello and he's with the "Angel Tree Charity Committee". Brooklyn Guy explains that Angel Tree is a charity where well-off kids buy gifts for kids who are less fortunate and can't afford what they want and need for Christmas. Brooklyn Guy says on each card, they have a kid and what they want and need, which he explains that a want is something they just want to have, and a need is something they need to survive. Brooklyn Guy reads off the first card, which is from Mikey who wants his dad to stop hitting his mom and needs the police. Brooklyn Guy says he's going to pay Mikey a visit as he goes to the next card, which is from Stacy who wants her mom to stop cheating on her dad and needs a less attractive mom. Brooklyn Guy says he's going to pay Stacy's mom a visit too so he can get to the bottom of the situation as well as he goes to the next card, which is from Bobby, who wants a laptop and needs soap/hygiene. Brooklyn Guy tells the class that they don't need to give Bobby a laptop as he thinks he needs soap or toothpaste as he says he wants a laptop and Bobby needs soap. Brooklyn Guy then says he's going to come around and pass all of them out, which everyone has to do something with it. Brooklyn Guy says they don't have to get them what's on the card, but they have to do something. Brooklyn Guy says they can also give him $10 to not do it as he says it's not going to go to the kids; he just wants them to give him $10 and that's an option. Brooklyn Guy then warns that anything they give them, their parents might sell it online and says to not give them the receipt as they could just return it. The video then cuts to Brooklyn Guy, telling the class there's their card. Brooklyn Guy says if the card says "FK" on them, it means it's a foster kid and remember to not give them a gift receipt as they don't want them to have that option. Penelope angerly says "Dad!" as Brooklyn Guy asks if any of them want to give him $10 to not do it. Penelope angerly says "Dad!" again, as Brooklyn Guy leaves, saying he just wanted a laptop. Junior says he got Johnny who wants a toy train but needs socks as he questions how do you need socks. Cody says he maybe has cold feet while Joseph says he should at least get one pair of socks as Junior says or put your shoes on, and the card says he doesn't need shoes; it says he needs socks. Junior then asks Joseph who he got. Joseph says he has Susie who he thinks might be his twin as they both need food. Junior asks what she wanted, so Joseph says she wanted a dollhouse and that's where they differ as Cody says he got the kid who wants a laptop. Junior asks Penelope who did she get. Penelope says she got Joseph who wants to meet LeBron James and needs a family as Joseph gets excited, saying a kid got him and he knows that he's getting his Christmas gifts. Penelope asks Joseph how she's supposed to get him those things. Joseph says she better figure it out and he knows that she has the connections as Junior asks Joseph if he's an Angel Tree kid. Joseph says he is as he's poor and needs gifts as he demands for someone to buy him some gifts. Junior tells Penelope that she better get him a meet and greet with LeBron James, but Penelope asks how's she supposed to do that. Joseph says they have connections and pull it off as the video cuts to Brooklyn Guy, saying there's their cards to Jeffy and Bully as he then leaves. Bully asks Jeffy who he got. Jeffy says he can't read as Bully says he doesn't know who Duggie is, but he really likes Call of Duty because he wants and needs it. Jeffy says he didn't ask as Brooklyn Guy says he passed out all the cards and no one gave him $10, meaning they care about the kids as he boos. Jackie Chu asks where the kids are supposed to take their Angel Tree gifts once they get them. Brooklyn Guy says they drop them off but then says to bring their gift to school tomorrow and give them to him as he'll personally hand the gifts to the kids. Brooklyn Guy says to make sure they get the kids what they asked for as he says they like Applebee's and DoorDash gift cards and make sure to get them. Brooklyn Guy then leaves, saying he'll see them tomorrow. The video cuts to Jeffy, sitting on the Red Couch. Marvin asks him how was school. Jeffy makes a sound, so Rose says "Did you go?". Jeffy says he did, twice, in his diaper. Rose says no and asks if he went to school. Jeffy says he did, so Marvin asks him to prove it and where's his homework. Jeffy says they gave him "this", which he thinks it's a "Never have to go to school ever again" pass as he places down his Angel Tree card. Marvin says "Be an angel?" as Rose says it's an Angel Tree kid and it's where you give a kid in need a present. Marvin says they can't afford another kid as they're in need and he should give them presents, so Rose angerly says "Marvin!". Marvin says he probably a greedy kid and wants a PS5 or an Xbox as he says he wants books and eyesight. Rose says that's sad because he's blind as Jeffy points to his goofy eyeglasses, saying they can give the kid that. Marvin says he's not going to give a blind kid some goofy eyeglasses, but Jeffy says that the kid said he wanted eyesight. Marvin says they can't afford Lasik and tell him to find another family. Rose tells Marvin to not be such a miser. Jeffy says it's not funny if you have to look it up as Marvin tells Rose to stop using big words that they don't know what she's talking about. Rose then says they could get him books. Marvin asks why he would want books as he's blind and can't look at books. Rose says they make braille books as Jeffy asks what's braille. Marvin says it's a bump and he can read bumps with his fingers. Jeffy says "Really daddy?" as he says there must be a bunch of braille on the back of his balls and he thinks it's the whole Harry Potter book series. Marvin says that's not what braille is, but Jeffy says he's been asking him to take him to a doctor to get it looked at, but it's apparently no concern of his. Marvin then tells Rose that if she can find braille books for under 99¢ then go get it. Rose says ok and leaves as Jeffy says he'll write the letter in braille. Marvin asks what letter, so Jeffy says there's a letter that he's going to write to him, so Marvin asks what's he going to say. Jeffy says he doesn't know and "bumpy stuff". Marvin says to write him "bumpy stuff". Jeffy says he will as Marvin tells him to make sure that when he reads it, it makes sense.
Jeffy says he might put some stuff on the back of his balls and make a little imprint on the paper. The video then cuts to Junior, telling his friends that the only toy train he has is Thomas, and they have another thing coming if they think he's going to give the kid his Thomas. Cody says his kid wants a laptop as he slides over a laptop. Junior asks if he's going to give the kid a MacBook Pro as Joseph says he's so generous. Cody says no, the laptop is his and he's using it to look up what soap is good for orphans. Junior says he knows what soap is good for orphans as he takes out some Windex, saying to spray them with it as they'll run away. Cody says he can't spray orphans with Windex, but Junior says he can as it resists buildup for up to 90 days. Cody says on windows, so Junior asks if he can't spray his laptop with it. Cody calls it a good operating system joke as Junior asks Joseph what's he going to give his kid. Joseph says she said she needs food, so he got a bunch of play food so she can chew on them for a couple of days. Junior says she can play pretend food as Joseph says he's thoughtful. Junior says she said she wants a dollhouse, so Joseph says he already thought of it as he brings in Ken, saying she can have a doll. Cody says she can't as he's his, but Joseph says to think about the orphans as they fight over Ken. Cody ends up pulling Ken's head off, so Cody says he killed him. Joseph excitedly says "Finally!" as Cody takes Ken and asks Junior if he has tape. Junior says it's in the kitchen, so Cody leaves while Junior asks Joseph why he did that. Joseph says he didn't mean to do it as the video cuts to later, where Cody comes back with Ken, saying "Crisis averted". Joseph asks if the tape is the only thing keeping his head on. Cody says it is until he gets him house and put some glue there, so Joseph asks how he breathes then. Cody says with his mouth as Junior says he realizes that the Angel Tree thing is dumb. Cody asks if he means charity is dumb. Junior says no, he means the Angel Tree thing is dumb as he asks if he's saying that if he gives the kid Thomas and socks, he's going to be happy as he says it's a dumb Christmas. Cody says he has a bunch of other toys he could give him, but Junior says he can't give him those because he didn't ask for them. Cody says he would still like them, but Junior says he can't give him the play kitchen, gumball machine, and the ride on Thomas because he wants a toy train, which he believes they should have everything they want for Christmas. Cody says that's what Toys for Tots is, so Junior asks if he's saying that there's a company that you can turn tater tots in and receive toys. Cody says that's not what he said, but Junior says that he said Toys for Tots as in Toys in exchange for tater tots. Cody says the tots are kids and that's what they call them. Both Joseph and Junior say they've never called a kid that as Junior says his dad never said "Hey tot, get over here". Cody says it's one of the names for kids, but Junior says that Children is another name for kids. Cody says they have a lot of names as Junior says Toys for Tots has to mean you get toys in exchange for tater tots. Cody says they don't take them like its money, so Junior asks why's it called Toys for Tots. Cody says it's because of the kids as they're called tots as Junior says they should get Chef Pee Pee to make a lot of tater tots, and then go there and turn them in so they can get toys and give them to the kids, which Junior tells Joseph that he can give the tater tots to his girl because she's hungry. Joseph says he can feed her and not use the play food as Junior says it's a great idea. Cody says his kid will be able to eat and they won't be able to turn in the tater tots because they won't give them toys for that. Junior says it's called Toys for Tots, and he doesn't know what the company is, but Cody says he didn't know what it was until he explained it and asks why's he correcting him. Junior asks why they want tater tots, but Cody says they don't want tater tots. Junior says it's Toys for Tots and asks if Napoleon Dynamite run it and loves tater tots so much that he's giving away toys for it. Cody says no and they give people toys for charity. Junior tells Joseph to get Chef Pee Pee to make the tater tots and tells Cody to call Toys for Tots so they can come with a truckload of toys, and they give them the tater tots. Cody says they'll laugh at him when he says he wants to give them tater tots. Junior says it's because he doesn't have the tater tots and he's the one with the tater tots as Junior and Joseph then leave. The video cuts to Chef Pee Pee, cooking pretzels on the stove when Junior comes in, saying "CHEF PEE PEE!". Chef Pee Pee asks him what he wants as he's busy making pretzels. Junior asks if he has any bags of tater tots. Chef Pee Pee says he does as he has four or five bags in the freezer. Junior asks if he really has four or five bags of tater tots. Chef Pee Pee says he does and he was about to make some, so Junior asks if he can make all of them. Chef Pee Pee asks what's wrong with him as he can't make all of them because he's not going to eat them. Junior says he is as he and his friends are going to have a tater tot eating contest. Chef Pee Pee asks who's in the contest. Junior says it's him, Joseph, Cody, Jeffy, and Penelope. Chef Pee Pee says that's a lot, so Junior says they need all the bags of tater tots and asks if he can make them all and thanks him. Chef Pee Pee groans, saying "God, you stay, putting me to work" as the video cuts to Rose, telling Marvin that she couldn't find any braille books, so she made a Christmas card out of M&M's. Marvin says that braille bumps are tiny and the M&M's are huge and he's going to know they're just candy and can't read it as he says Jeffy said he's working on a letter. Jeffy comes in, saying he finished and asks how to get graphite off his balls. Marvin asks if it's what he thinks it is. Jeffy asks what he think it is as Marvin looks and says that's disgusting as he asks how he even do that. Jeffy says he smooshed them on the paper and then traced them. Rose asks to look, so Jeffy shows her. Rose says he did a good job making half of a heart. Jeffy asks if it can go on the fridge. Rose says yes while Marvin says no because his balls aren't going to go on the fridge. Jeffy asks why, so Marvin says it's because it's gross as he says to give the gifts to the kid as it's good enough and didn't cost him any money.
Jeffy asks if he'll like it. Marvin says he thinks he's going to love it as Jeffy asks if he's going to win "Angel Tree gifter of the year". Marvin says he is and he's going to the hall of fame. Jeffy likes that as Marvin tells him to get the stuff ready, so Jeffy takes the stuff and leaves. The video then cuts to Chef Pee Pee, yelling out for Junior, saying his tater tots are ready. Junior comes in and says he only made one batch. Chef Pee Pee asks what it looks like as he opens the oven door and shows Junior. The video cuts then to Junior, telling Joseph to look at all the tater tots. Joseph says it's a lot and it could feed a community as Junior says or get a bunch of toys from Toys for Tots. Joseph agrees as Junior says he wants a PS5. Joseph says he wants a hoverboard as Junior lists a bounce house while Joseph lists a drone. Cody then comes in, saying the Toys for Tots guy is here. Steve Staleburger says hey and he's with Toys for Tots as he asks if they have toys for their tots. Junior says no as they would like to exchange their tots for toys. Steve gets confused, so Junior says they are Toys for Tots as he says "Here's the tots, give us toys". Steve says he thinks he misunderstood as they're Toys for Tots, not "Tots for Toys". Junior says that he said Toys for Tots as he says "Toys in exchange for Tots". Steve says they take the toys and give them to the tots; the little kids. Junior says it would make sense if it was "Toys for Kids", but it's Toys for Tots in in "Toys in exchange for Tots" as he asks for a PS5, drone, flat screen tv, and bound house. Steve says it's not how it works as he tries to explain, but Cody says he tried to explain, but they didn't understand. This goes on until Steve leaves while Junior tells him to get back here. Joseph says he's a scammer as Junior then calls Toys for Tots a scam. Cody says he told him that was going to happen, but Junior says they scammed them while Joseph says they tried this year. Cody says they didn't scam him; he just didn't understand as Junior says they're going to sue them. Cody asks if they're going to sue a charity for children. Junior says they are and they're going to go outside their building and say "Down with Toys for Tots". Cody says they're going to look like assholes, but Junior says they're assholes as they didn't accept for tots for toys. Cody says of course they're not going to accept tater tots as no one wants it. Junior tells Cody to tell them to change the name then as he says they're going to give the tater tots to their Angel Tree kids. Cody says they'll be able to eat. Joseph likes that as Junior says his kid wanted food. Joseph says that's what she wanted and she deserved it as Junior says his kid wanted socks, but he can stick his feet in tater tots as the video cuts to Y U DUMB? Elementary School, where Jackie Chu tells the class that he hopes that everyone brought their Angel Tree gifts because the guy who works for them is coming around to collect them so he can give them to the kids. Brooklyn Guy says he's going to collect them as he goes to Jeffy and asks what he got Max. Jeffy says he got him a Christmas card that he can read, and he tried his balls. Brooklyn Guy asks why he did it. Jeffy says it has bumps on it and he can read it. Brooklyn Guy says he'll like it as Jeffy asks if he wins "Angel Tree gift giver of the year". Brooklyn Guy says he doesn't know and he's going to look at everyone else's gift to see if it's good as he goes to Penelope and asks what she got. Penelope says that her kid wanted to meet LeBron James, so she printed a picture of him. Brooklyn Guy says that's Micheal Jordan, which Joseph says she didn't listen and cries as Brooklyn Guy says it's supposed to be LeBron James and if she didn't know what he looked like, then why didn't she ask him. Penelope says she did, and he said he was the bald, black basketball player. Brooklyn Guy says they're not all LeBron James as he then boos and says she did a bad job. Brooklyn Guy goes to Junior, saying his guy wanted a toy train and needed socks as he says he's seeing a lot of tater tots and asks if it's his lunch. Junior says he thought Toys for Tots was a place to give tater tots for toys, and they were going to give the kids toys, but it turned out that's not what they do, so they have a lot of tater tots, which he does have a toy train at home, but that's his as he says all of them are giving to give their kids tater tots. Brooklyn Guy asks if he's going to give them day-old tater tots as he says they're going to be moldy by Christmas. Joseph says to not be poor and picky as he's poor and not picky, but Penelope says that he wanted to meet LeBron James. Joseph says it was a one-time request as Junior says they can eat the tater tots and be grateful. Brooklyn Guy says they suck as he really wanted the laptop. Everyone says "What?", so Brooklyn Guy says the rest of the kids are real, but the kid with the laptop is fake as he wanted them to buy him a laptop. Penelope says "Dad!", so Brooklyn Guy says he's sorry and he wanted a laptop for Christmas. Penelope asks why he put hygiene as a need if he filled it out. Brooklyn Guy says he wanted soap and didn't want to pay for it as he says he likes to smell good. Brooklyn Guy then says they ruined Christmas, and he hopes that they take mirror and think about how greedy they all were. Penelope says he should look in the mirror, but Brooklyn Guy says he's going to go next door and see if the other kids got him a laptop as he leaves while Junior asks if he did it to the other classrooms. Brooklyn Guy is then heard, getting excited about a MacBook Pro, saying Jackson's going to love it. Brooklyn Guy comes to Penelope, saying the kid in the other classroom got him a MacBook Pro as he says “So suck it" and leaves.
