Toys "Я" Us is an American toy and juvenile-products retailer, in which Junior and his friends often went to. Junior has bought a variety of toys here, such as some trains and a train table from the Thomas the Tank Engine franchise. As of June 29, 2018, Toys "Я" Us went out of business, because of bankruptcy and financial issues, and thus, their stores were liquidated. The UK Toys "Я" Us stores have also closed, along with all of the Australia locations on August 5, 2018. As of Bowser Junior's Bad News!, Junior and his friends (and possibly Jeffy) would then get their toys from Walmart or Target. In the 2022 Holiday Season, Toys "R" Us reopened as store-within-a-store locations in all of Macy’s department stores, including in Pensacola, with Geoffrey The Giraffe winning millions of dollars from a match against D-Money and being able to reopen the company via partnership with Macy’s (in the SML Universe).

- According to Mr. Winkle, he claimed that he was the CEO. of Toys R Us in Bowser Junior's Bad News!, which is proven to be obviously false (especially since he is a pedophile and a child predator).
- In real life, the toy store chain returned with a brand management company, WHP Global, acquiring a controlled interest in Tru Kids, which is the parent company of the Toys R Us, Babies R Us and Geoffrey the Giraffe brands. WHP managed Tru Kids business, and helped guided its expansion. On August 19, 2021, WHP announced its partnership with Macy's to sell toys on the retailer’s website and open store-within-a-store locations at 400 department store locations. On August 7, 2022, Toys "R" Us opened new locations in nine states: California, Georgia, New Jersey, Illinois, Nevada, Louisiana, New York, Maryland and Missouri. These stores were located inside Macy's stores and ranged from 1,000 to 10,000 square feet. The company then later opened stores in every Macy's location in the United States by October 15, 2022, just in time for the 2022 holiday season.
