Timmy Jenkins was a character that was mentioned in Finders Keepers! and appeared in Bowser Junior's 1st Grade! where he is suffering from sugar high despite the fact that his mom tells him he's not allowed to have sugar. He has suffered 67 heart attacks and was going to get a heart transplant to cure him but the $30,000 he saved for the surgery was stolen so he couldn't have the surgery and died a few days later.
