Tim is the secondary antagonist in Jeffy's Foster Home!. He first appears when he crashes through a door and is seen to have a Jason Voorhees-esque mask, a white ripped and blood-stained shirt with the blood-stained word "KILL" on it, and a chainsaw. He brings Makes Bad Decisions Guy an arm to eat, but when Jeffy doesn't want any, he locks him up in a room. Later, when they were all sleeping, Jeffy escapes the room, and walks down the hallway but is stopped by Tim. Tim chases him out of the house, and once Jeffy was running away, he decided to stop chasing him as he lost motivation.
Personality[]
Tim is brutal yet silent, a contrast to his much more talkative roommate Makes Bad Decisions Guy. A murderous killing maniac, Tim seems to be brutal and bloodthirsty as well as very close to Make Bad Decisions Guy. He appears to possibly be mute as he never spoke throughout the episode.
It appears that his brutality may either have limits or he may be rather uncaring as he did not try to pursue Jeffy outside of his home.
Trivia[]
- Tim is heavily based on Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise, as both are large and are cannibals. They also carry chainsaws and wear masks. However, Tim's mask is heavily similar to Jason Voorhees' mask, and he is completely silent like Jason.
- Considering Tim is obviously a killer as well as a cannibal, it is strange Brooklyn T. Guy has not arrested him considering he knows exactly where he lives. It is possible Brooklyn T. Guy may either be afraid of him, unaware his brother has a roommate, or Tim wasn't an actual killer, but a random person Brooklyn T. Guy hired to help scare Jeffy straight.
