Synopsis[]
Everyone goes to the beach for spring break!
Plot[]
It's spring break, and Junior, Joseph, Cody and Jeffy are very excited to go to the beach. But seconds later, the four overhear a thunderstorm outside, so Cody decides to turn on The Weather Channel. Goodman says that there's a 100% chance of rain, and a 0% chance of Sun, as he advises everyone to stay inside for all spring break. Shocked at this, the four are upset about it. But Junior tells them they'll still go anyway, despite the consequences. Cody gives them an explanation about how dangerous it'll be, but they won't budge and decide to head over anyway. The group arrives at the beach. Joseph throws the football and Cody rushes over the water in order to catch it. While doing so, he faces multiple rip currents along the way, being pushed around by the wind, and later seems to drown. Worried in fear, Joseph leaves while Junior scurries to look for a lifeguard, but the lifeguard decides not to help because he doesn't want to risk his beautiful life during thunderstorm. They then go home, which Junior asks Chef Pee Pee for help but Chef Pee Pee tells him that he just got back from the Grocery Store as he says he got Go-Gurt, which excites Junior and Jeffy as they say they want them, which Chef Pee Pee tells them to grab as many as they want, which they proceed to go do that. Chef Pee Pee then asks what they were yelling about Junior says he forgot and asks Jeffy if he remember but Jeffy tells him no as he says he got Go-Gurts in his mind. After drinking their Go-Gurts, Junior yells out "Wait a minute, Cody!", which Jeffy asks "What about Cody?", which Junor tells him that he remembered how Cody got taken in water, which Jeffy says "Oh yeah!". Junior then runs downstairs, yelling "Chef Pee Pee!". Chef Pee Pee says to himself "Mmm, mmm, mmm!, this looks good!" as he looks at his Lasagna that he's making from canned Chef Boyardee Lasagna but Junior runs in, saying "Chef Pee Pee! Chef Pee Pee!" but Chef Pee Pee tells him "Not right now" as he says he's cooking Lasagna but Junior tells him that he remembers what he was freaking out. Chef Pee Pee then signs and asks what he was freaking out about, which Junior explains about how earlier today, he, Joseph, Cody, and Jeffy, went to the beach but gets interrupted by Chef Pee Pee, saying "During this storm?", which Junior tells him "yeah, during the storm" as he explains that Joseph threw a football, and it went in the water, and Cody went to grab it but he got sucked in on a rip current, and he never came up. Chef Pee Pee tells Junior that Cody drowned, and he's dead, which makes Junior really sad. Junior then says he's going to calls the cops as he leaves, screaming. [[Brooklyn T. Guy]| Brooklyn Guy] then shows up, saying "Hey there, somebody called a cop?", and apologizes for taking so long as he says the roads are "wetter than a washing machine", and explains that he means the inside of a washing machine. Junior says wants to file a missing person's report, which Brooklyn Guy asks "who's missing?". Junior tells him "My friend, Cody", which Brooklyn Guy asks him how long has he been missing for, which Junior tells him that he's been missing for "maybe about 10 minutes". Brooklyn Guy asks him if he went him, and asks him if he is lonely but Junior tells him that they went to the beach but gets interrupted by Brooklyn Guy asking "In this weather?", which Junior says yeah and explained that he was trying to get a football in the ocean, and went under, started screaming help, and never came back up. Brooklyn Guy tells him is sounded like he drowned, and asks "Why did you call me here and not at the beach", which Junior tells him that he freaked out at the beach, and he came home and got a Go-Gurt, and then called him, which Brooklyn Guy asks "So you came here, you ate a Go-Gurt, and then called me here?", which Junior tells him he kind of forget why he came home, and saw Jeffy "doing stuff like that", which reminded him of his friend Cody as he says he's a little weird but Brooklyn Guy tells him to wait a minute as he says it doesn't make sense, and says he going to need a Go-Gurt before they can proceed.
After Brooklyn Guy gets a Go-Gurt, he says it's very good, and now they continue by saying he would abandon a friend, and it would help him get over a friend's death, which Junior asks if he really thinks he friend is dead, which Brooklyn Guy tell him yep, which makes Junior very sad. Junior then asks why he thinks he dead, which Brooklyn Guy tells him to "let's put it together" as he says "He was screaming for help, He went underwater, and He didn't come backup" and asks the audience to figure out what happened to Cody. He then says "That's right, he drowned" and then sings, "We just figured out Blue's Clues, we just figured out Blue's Clues, we just figured out Blue's Clues and now your friend is dead!", which Junior asks if they should tell his mom, which Brooklyn Guy says he probably would. Junior then asks if he can go tell her but Brooklyn Guy declines, saying he hates having to tell people that their kid's dead, and he says it's so sad and he always cry for no reason, which he says it's not that bad and says "It's like you have one less mouth to feed and you have more free time", and then says "You know that vacation you've been wanting to go on? Now you can, plane tickets are expensive, now you don't have to bring your stupid, dead kid along", and then leaves. Junior then draws a picture of Cody drowning and asks Jeffy what he thinks of his "Cody tribute", which Jeffy says it great as he says he's really honoring his life, which Junior says he thought so too but then the doorbell rang. Junior goes down to the front door to get it, and it's Cody's parents, Judy and Tyrone, who were worried about their son not coming home for dinner, which Tyrone says he and his wife got two rounds in, on the kitchen counter, and he didn't even come through the front door, which Judy says Cody usually walks in on them, during the first round. Junior tells them Cody's not here, which Judy asks if he is sure as Cody said he was coming over to his house, and Tyrone asks "Where is he, I know he's here, he got to be here", which Junior lets them in, telling them they come upstairs and look but says "he's not here". Judy then calls out for Cody, saying "Cody!, Cody are you here" as Tyrone comes in, with a box of Pop Tarts, which Judy tells him to hide it under his shirt as she says she doesn't want him to know they only came to steal pastries but she notices the drawing of Cody drowning, and asks "what made you think of it?", which Jeffy accidentally reveals that Cody drowned in the ocean earlier today. Junior thinks that there was an accident, and Cody was trying to get a football and then a rip current took him, causing him to drown. but Judy and Tyrone believed they pushed him into the ocean, and says that's why they're all smiling in the drawing, and they then proceed to call the cops, which Tyrone says they are going to sue them for causing their son's death. Brooklyn Guy then arrives, wearing his lawyer outfit underneath his police uniform. Tyrone tells him that they killed his son and he wants sue Junior and Jeffy and he and Judy for money. Brooklyn Guy tells the kids that they are arrested for suspected homicide, which Junior tries to explain, but Brooklyn Guy says that the picture they drew is pretty damning, and then tells them to consider themselves arrested under Simons says. Brooklyn Guy then takes Junior and Jeffy to court.
At court, Judge Pooby says he will be hearing the case of Judy and Tyrone, who say that Junior and Jeffy caused Cody to drown, and then asks Junior and Jeffy to tell their side. Junior explains to the judge that they went to the beach, and throw the football, which went into the water, and Cody went to grab it and he drowned. Judge Pooby then asks if Cody wanted to get the football or did they tell him to, which Junior says he did tell Cody to go grab it, and he didn't want to. Judge Pooby says he see as he explains that if he never told Cody to get the football, then he wouldn't have drowned, and he would still be alive, and asks them "Correct?", which Junior says "I guess" in a disappointed tone. Judge Pooby then says "That's sounds pretty guilty to me" and was about to tap the gavel but then, he makes it sad, and ask to hear from Judy and Tyrone. Judy explains that they lost Cody today because of negligence, and Tyrone says they want to sue for money. Judge Pooby asks them how much do they think their son's life is worth, which Tyrone and Judy think about this, which Tyrone tells Judy to think of a good number as he asks her "You always wanted to go to the Bahamas on that trip, right?", which Judy says "that's true" as he tells Judge Pooby "whatever the cost of a round trip to the Bahamas would be", which Judge Pooby is interested in, saying that the Bahamas sounds nice, and it's a done deal. Judge Pooby then as Junior and Jeffy if they have anything to say that could prove their innocence before he bangs the "absolute ever-loving shit out of this gavel". Junior finally remembered that he and Jeffy were not the ones who threw the football, and it was their friend Joseph who threw the football. Judge Pooby then asks where's Joseph, but Junior tells him that Joseph ran away, saying "I'm out of here, dude", but Judy and Tyrone says that's not true as they say they found a drawing that Junior drew, which she says was plotting to kill their son, which Judge Pooby asks to see the drawing, and Judy proceeds to give it to him. Judge Pooby then explains the drawing, which he notices that Junior saying "RIP CODY" with a smile on his face while Cody is drowning without football in sight on the drawing. Judge Pooby then declares Junior and Jeffy guilty of Premeditated Homicide. Suddenly, Cody arrives to stop them, which shocks Judge Pooby as he thinks it's a sea monster, which Junior and Joseph scream but Cody says he's not a sea monster and says "it's me, Cody". Judt Pooby then says he thought he's dead because of the x's in the eyes. Cody tells him that he thought he was dead because he was drowning but then, he got caught up in a big old ball of seaweed that had a pocket of air that he could breathe, and then he washed up on shore, and he had to walk home like this. Judge Pooby then explains that since Cody isn't dead, that means no homicide, and if there was no homicide, that means no crime was committed, and if no crime was committed, that means no one is guilty, and if no one was guilty, then that means there's no reason for a trial, and then says that means he can go home and eat his Kids Cuisine, and then says court is adjourned as he takes the drawing that was handed to him earlier. Junior and Jeffy gets excited about this, and tells Cody to take the seaweed off, and then proceeds to leave while Tyrone says he's disappointed that they aren't getting money, and they get their "stupid kid" back, and Judy says she is so upset as he says she really wanted to go to the Bahamas while Tyrone says "The recliner, the recliner" in a disappointed tone.
Junior and Jeffy then apologize to Cody for letting him drown, but Cody says "No, it's fine, drowning was fun", which Junior asks him "It was?" but Cody tells him that he was being sarcastic, and that he is too pissed off to forgive Junior and Jeffy for letting him drown. Junior asks him what can he do to make him forgive, and Cody wants Junior's 120 count box of crayons. Junior then reluctantly agrees to give them to him but says he wants to keep Periwinkle, which Cody says "deal" as he grabs the Crayon box. Joseph then comes in, saying "What's up dudes". Junior tells him that Cody is alive, which Joseph says "Oh cool", and asks Cody if he did got his football, but Cody tells him no as he tells him that he was drowning and his football sank down into the bottom of the water, which pisses off Joseph, causing him to tell Cody that he is suing him for his football, much to Cody's confusion.

- Brooklyn Guy shouldn't have arrested Junior and Jeffy because he heard their side of the story before they were accused of killing Cody.
- When Judge Pooby declared Junior and Jeffy guilty, he said “Premeditated Momicide.” The correct way to say this, is “Premeditated Homicide.”
