Synopsis[]
Wendy's stole the purple Grimace Shake from McDonald's!
Plot[]
Junior, Joseph, & Cody are having Baconator Wednesday until Junior finds a bread clip in his burger. Cody discovers on Reddit that someone also discovered a bread chip in their baconator two years before, giving the boys the idea to sue Wendy's. Meanwhile while watching television, McDonalds CEO and mascot, Ronald McDonald finds out about Wendy's new purple frosty and immediately gets furious, believing that their CEO Wendy stole the idea from their Grimace Shake. He immediately calls his manager Steve for advice, who tells him that he doesn't own the color purple. Ronald ignores him and decides to go to Wendy's personally.
When he reaches the nearest Wendy's and finds out that their purple frosty is sold out, he reveals himself and yells obscenities at them through the drive-through operator. He heads to Grimace's home for help, explaining the situation and tasking him to retrieve a purple frosty for his own inspection. Grimace successfully steals Jeffy's purple frosty, and when Ronald tries it, he finds it to be a direct copy of his own shake.
Ronald launches a lawsuit against Wendy for allegedly stealing his idea. Despite victimizing himself at first, Wendy explains how she got her idea and, like Steve mentioned, explains he does not own the color purple and did not commit any copyright infringement. Wendy wins the case, but gets immediately sued after for twenty-thousand dollars, Ronald admitted he's responsible for putting a severed human finger in one of their chili before being taken away by Brooklyn Guy. After Cody and Junior shows proof that this is true they won, back at Junior's house they were talking about what to spend the money before changing the subject to them telling the audience that the bread clip problem was real and wasn't going to be in the plot until they found the bread clip luckily the burgers were used as props in the original plan or somebody could get hurt, it cuts to Wendy in her bed sleeping like a baby while mumbling about burgers, sea salt French fries and freshly squeezed lemonade. then, it shows Ronald in her closet with a murderous frown look. The episode ends with a jumpscare of a close up Ronald still with the same angry look he was giving earlier.
In a post-video announcement, SML creator Logan Thirtyacre shares that he was badly injured in which he survived but broke his back from a car crash that occurred while filming a Fast and Furious parody starring Jeffy as the main protagonist and would therefore rest for a while.

- Originally, the bread clip plot was not going to be in the video until Logan and the gang found a bread clip in their Baconators when they bought them.
- This is the first time any of the Kindergarteners appear outside of the Cody Goes to Kindergarten series, namely Freddy and Taylor. It's also revealed they are either siblings or cousins and that Steve Staleburger is their grandfather.
- Given that she is far from the camera, Taylor is played here by Anthony.
