The Puppy is a one-off character that appeared in "Chef Pee Pee's Mistake!".
In "Chef Pee Pee's Mistake!", he was killed when Chef Pee Pee accidentally runs him over with his car. Later, the puppy returns as a vengeful spirit, showing up at Bowser Junior's apartment with a desire for revenge. He relentlessly follows Chef Pee Pee throughout the apartment, no matter how hard Chef Pee Pee tries to evade him. The haunting escalates when the puppy tracks Chef Pee Pee to a mental asylum, where Chef Pee Pee screams in fear before the puppy seemingly kills him on the spot off-screen.

- He is a Webkinz Chihuahua plush pet.
- It is possible that the dog is actually a ghost.
- However, only Bowser, Bowser Junior, and Chef Pee Pee can see it, so either this isn't the case, or they can see ghosts.
- Logan teased at a possible sequel during his and Lovell's reaction to which he stated that if he made a sequel, he'd give the puppy a voice.
