"The Movie Date!" is the 407th episode of SML Movies

Synopsis[]

Brooklyn Guy goes on a movie date with Sparkle!

Plot[]

Mario is about to make a smoothie until Brooklyn T. Guy knocks at his door.

Brooklyn Guy explains that he wants to steal a Lamborghini, to furthermore impress his love. Mario replies by saying that he has a house payment in the arrival of Goodman, and he has a Lamborghini.

Brooklyn Guy then says that he has taken Mario's house payments to presumably keep his “truth” about being rich, to, again, impress his love desire. He also says that Goodman had arrived to since he hasn't revived this month's payment. Mario, beforehand, agreed to help Brooklyn Guy.

Goodman then does another joke about the balls, then he goes in. While asking Mario for his house payment, Brooklyn Guy re-appears as a cop, and picks up with 3 different lies. Goodman turns down them all. After that, Brooklyn Guy, out of the blue, hits Goodman with a mallet, knocking him unconscious. Brooklyn Guy takes the keys of the Lamborghini.

He drives up to the girl's apartment, where he plays a song he sang, but, she can't hear it. He comes up with throwing pebbles, which a small pebble does the trick, but he throws a large pebble straight into her face, by accident, knocking her unconscious. He enters in disbelief, but remains calm.

She wakes up, seeing Brooklyn Guy, worried if she should call the cops. Brooklyn Guy, truthfully, says he's a cop, but lies about saving multiple before saving her after “someone, who he was fighting, threw a large pebble at him, missed, and got her instead.”, and also, he says sorry for calling her fat saying he was feeling “emotional“ about “his wife passing away.” She thanks him, and he requests movies date at 7:00, in return, where she accepts.

At 7:00, he's waiting, and then, he gets a message from her, saying she's already waiting at the movies. He drives to the theater. He appears naked, being asked questions, and is asked to get a $15 large bag of popcorn, then a $20 large grape soda which disgusts him. Brooklyn Guy says “The Incredibles II” is starting.

The film begins, with a family dinner, which turns into a bad argument, concerning boys vs girls, not the main point, exactly. Back at Brooklyn Guy and Sparkle, he thinks the movie pretty good so far. He then complains about her about the somewhat accidental popcorn spill, and drinking all the grape soda.

After a short clip from the movie, they are back, and Brooklyn Guy seemingly starts moving in on her and says her hair is oily, Sparkle says it's because she doesn't wash her hair. Brooklyn guy asks why and Sparkle says she doesn't want the chemicals in her hair. Then after Brooklyn Guy says something inappropriate to ask what other parts she doesn't wash, she leaves upset. He finishes the movie, where the girls are surrounded by the Robber (Simmons), where 1 of them is shot, dead, because of the argument about superpower revealing.

Back at Mario's place, Goodman is still unconscious, where he gives the keys back and says he's gonna keep trying to win her heart. Goodman wakes up, and Mario gives him the keys. Goodman asks for his payment, where Mario tells him to ask Brooklyn Guy. Brooklyn Guy goes to get the (presumably 14) previous checks. The video ends.

Characters[]

Trivia[]

  • This is the 4th appearance of Mario in a row.
  • It is revealed that Mario has never been able to make his house payments because Brooklyn T. Guy steals it.
  • This episode is a continuation of the events of "The Date!".
  • This is the first video that is mainly focused on Brooklyn T. Guy.
  • The dinner scene and the super suit scene of The Incredibles 2 were actually taken from the first movie.
  • In ”Jeffy Gets Hypnotized!”, Brooklyn Guy told Mario that he owes him a returnable $15,000, however, it is revealed that considering Brooklyn Guy stole Mario's money, he, technically, owes him $210,000 (-$15,000), considering Mario has been bothered by Goodman for 14 consecutive months.
  • During the scene where Brooklyn T. Guy talks with Sparkle, Brooklyn T. Guy references that he use to be a star football player but stop being after he broken his arm which is a reference to real life on how Chris injured his arm during a monkey bar incident making this the second time after "Cool Cody!" where Chris mentioned his broken arm in a SML video.
  • Despite being on the thumbnail Mario and Goodman do not have large roles in this episode.
  • Mr. Incredible sounds similar to Mr. Goodman. This is because both characters are played by Lance Thirtyacre.
  • When Goodman tells Brooklyn T. Guy to do something about the orphanage being hostage he says that his car exploded and he is the only cop in the town, however that is not true since "Jeffy's Sleepover!" the police chief orders Brooklyn T. Guy to arrive at a gas station because of gun fight which indicate that there was many police officers at the incident.
  • This video reveals that Mario is no longer friends with Goodman anymore, mainly because of Goodman being greedy, selfish, cruel, hateful and irresponsible.
  • This is the only SML video of November 2018 to not feature Jeffy.

Errors[]

  • In "Jeffy Gets Hypnotized!", Goodman states that he comes by Mario's house to collect his house payment by one certain numbered day of every month. That episode was released on Oct. 28th, 2018, not even two weeks before this one, where Goodman demands for his house payment yet again.
  • The thumbnail is a bit misleading since Mario and Goodman were not in the theater.
