"The Future Machine!" is the 923rd episode of SML Movies
Synopsis[]
Jeffy and his friends do not want to wait for GTA 6!
Plot[]
Cody shows a new release trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 to his friends, but they all become disappointed when the provisional release date is set for 2025. An enraged Jeffy goes to Rockstar Headquarters, the creator of the game, to demand the game from them, but is kicked out. Junior asks Cody to make a time machine to travel to the future and get the game, and he goes with Jeffy and Joseph, leaving Cody behind.
When the three go to 2025, they find Future Cody released from prison after being accused of murdering all of them. When they ask him about GTA 6, Future Cody tells them that the release date was pushed back for 2028. After more frustration, Junior decides to travel to 2030 next to avoid any chance of the date getting pushed back early.
When the three of them arrive in 2030, they find out that the release date was pushed back to 2050 after China invaded the United States and destroyed all the computers in the country. They all arrive in 2050, where GTA 6 is finally out and Mexico won a fourth World War against China. However, the GTA 6 announcement includes an expensive monthly subscription and a separate gaming console, leaving everyone disappointed and Jeffy enraged again and say "THIS IS FU**ING BULLS***!!!"

Trivia[]
- This marks the second thing both Junior, Joseph and Cody have sleepy eyelids.
- This episode was uploaded four years after "Jeffy the Karate Master!", and eight years after "Bowser's Drivers License!".
- This is the first time we see Jeffy with angry eyes since Jeffy Gets Help.
- This is the second video to focus on Grand Theft Auto 6. The first being "Jeffy Plays Grand Theft Auto 6".
- The original thumbnail showed Brooklyn Guy. However, it was then changed to have him replaced with Jeffy since, unlike him, Brooklyn Guy doesn't really play a major role in the episode.
- This is the first time we see a live-action human giving the middle finger in an SML video.
- Cody reveals that his middle name is Jacoby. However, it's likely he just made it up.
- When Junior says "Jeffy can come because he gets the most views" in which is referencing to "The Competition!" where Marvin (Mario) says "Well my son does gets more views".
- This is one of the rare episodes where Goodman isn't a news anchor. This may be due to fact Goodman not alive in 2050 and making him age 90 at that time.
- This is the final appearances of Jackie Twu and Jonathan in 2023.
- Joseph mentions that he doesn't like the current status of Fortnite and wants them to bring back the "OG" mechanics, unware of Season OG occuring a month ago in November 2023.
- On September 16, 2024, The official Rockstar announced that GTA 6 won't be made until May 2025, though this means that the game is possibly delaying to 2026, three years later.
- Although this episode is Non-Canon because Cody didn't invent time machine in the main universe before the Grand Theft Auto 6 will release in 2026.
Errors[]
- Joseph says he'd be 18 when the game comes out in 2025, but he was born in 2008, so this would actually make him 17 in 2025.
- Cody doesn't appear to age as Junior and Joseph and Jeffy traveling forward to different years, it could be possible that Cody has a growth hormone deficiency or that Logan couldn't make a grown up Cody puppet for the video.
