The Forgotten Character Dungeon is where all of the forgotten characters go. It is run by the SML Crew, and characters such as Woody, Dark Matter in My Shorts, Mr. Magoo, Tony the Tiger and Mr. Pig resided in and eventually faded away, turning into paper taped on the wall. Woody and Tour Guide Goofy are the only surviving people in the dungeon. It is possible that other characters such as Mama Luigi, Roy Gethard, Emily, Chef Poo Poo, Stacy, Pixie Goblin, Harold Wilfred, Margaret, Chris the Cucumber, Peach, and King Strongbottom reside here/have perished here. Brooklyn Guy was also in the Dungeon briefly, before leaving. It is a room in The SML House that was formerly The Secret Door that had 26 dead bodies inside of it.

- The Forgotten Character Dungeon is the secret door.
- It is possible that other forgotten characters had died offscreen.
- It is also possible that other forgotten characters such as Nintendo characters, live-action characters, celebrities, and animals had died offscreen.
- The dungeon is possibly incredibly long, full of a whole civilization of forgotten characters, The dungeon might even be endless.
- The Real Life reason for the photo frames on the wall is because Logan lost the puppets/plushies. It also confirms that Tony's plush is lost somewhere in the new house.
- Logan confirmed on the official SML Discord server that Luigi and Peach will be brought back.
- Chef Poo Poo might be brought back because there has been a high demand in the SML discord server for him to return. some even having their whole discord profile revolved around Chef Poo Poo.
- It is possible that most of the Nintendo characters like Peach, Yoshi, Toadette, Koopa Troopa, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Wario, Waluigi, etc had resided, faded away and turned into paper taped on the wall due to the Nintendo cease & desist preventing Logan from bringing them back (in their original forms).

- Despite Brooklyn T. Guy saying that Mr. Pig's doll was missing, the doll can be seen briefly in Summer School! Part 2 at the timestamp 3:53
- Tony’s picture comes from here. It possibly implies that Logan might get a new plush for him. On July 23rd, The plush was bought, meaning Logan might have bought it.
