"The Fishing Trip!" is the 217th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis[]
Bowser and his son go on a fishing trip, Mario and Jeffy tag along!
Plot[]
The episode starts with Bowser watching Charleyyy and Friends. Charleyyy is playing catch with his dad, but Charleyyy then realizes he doesn't have a dad. Which causes Bowser to start crying and spend more time with Junior. The first they do is go fishing. Meanwhile, Jeffy pretends to be a pig. Mario and Jeffy are invited by Bowser to go along with them.
Jeffy wears safety gear to prevent him from drowning. Mario also tells Jeffy to watch out for sharks and we see a shark jump out of the water. Mario gets a fishing rod. Meanwhile, the video cuts to Bowser and Junior with a fishing rod that has a gummy worm as bait. Bowser tells Junior to throw the fishing rod as in swish the fishing rod for the string to come out.
However, Junior not knowing what he had to do takes it the wrong way and throws the fishing rod into the water and after a short argument Junior gets pushed into the water. The video cuts back to Mario and Jeffy with the fishing rod. Jeffy then reels in a fish. It turns out that the fish Jeffy caught was Dory. Mario throws Dory back in the water since she's looking for her family in California, (obviously referencing Finding Dory).
Meanwhile, Junior gets mauled by the shark. However, Bowser is playing which is implied to be Angry Birds as Bowser said pigs. A lifeguard notices and tells Bowser. The lifeguard just throws a beach ball to help, which angers Bowser. Mario hears Junior screaming then comes to see what is going on.
Displaying absolute sheer horror and with nothing now to lose Bowser jumps in the water to help and brutally attacks the shark to death. The video cuts back to Mario. We see Jeffy on a monkey float. Mario jumps in the water and gets mauled by another shark. Jeffy then wonders and asks where Mario went.

- Mario explains to Jeffy that Dory should be released back into the ocean because she is looking for her family, obviously referencing the main plot of Finding Dory.
- Junior being mauled by a shark could be a reference to the "Family Guy" episode "The Unkindest Cut", where Peter and his friends went fishing and Quagmire got mauled by a shark.
- The "Jaws" theme plays as the shark sneaks up on Junior in the water.
Errors[]
- Bowser Junior doesn't know who Jeffy is in this video, but he met him in "Bowser Junior's Game Night 3" and "Bowser Junior's Playtime 4."
- It's possible that Junior forgot about him.
- Technically, Jeffy wasn't in the water.
