Synopsis[]
Penelope has a celebrity crush!
Plot[]
Penelope shows Junior a music video created by famous British singer Toby Sherbert. Junior is disinterested in him, but Penelope begins hinting that she has a celebrity crush on him. Cody reassures him that it's just a fantasy and not real feelings, but Penelope shows them a personal cameo sent to her by Toby and free tickets to his next meet and greet.
Junior listens to Toby's music to see if it's all an act, but finds incriminating evidence about him describing Penelope's physical appearance. Cody also finds a page about Toby doing the same thing with other girls, and find out that Toby is planning to parachute into the meet & greet venue. And as a shocker to them, they can't get tickets to stop Toby from hitting on Penelope because the event was sold out. Junior decides to sabotage Toby's entry by ruining his parachute. Cody agrees to hack into their delivery service for him, as long as Junior doesn't go overboard.
Junior cuts big holes into his parachute (originally supposed to be small holes so that Toby will break his leg when he falls, making him unable to perform and see his fans after the show but Junior didn't have smaller scissors to cut the parachute), much to the disapproval of Cody. Penelope calls him and tells him about a cancer patient named Thomas skydiving with him as a Make-A-Wish thing and the parachute had "Cancer Free" on it to symbolize Thomas' freedom from cancer, silently shocking him.
As Steve Staleburger commentates on the event, Toby straps Thomas to his chest and uses the parachute, but the holes in the parachute makes it come apart and makes them fall faster and kills them on stage, which the trio watched it happen live on TV with guilty expressions. Penelope leaves in tears with her doppelganger and Toby's girlfriend, also named Penelope (which that meant their plan to supposedly injure Toby for hitting on Penelope was all for nothing and Toby was now gone from the face of the Earth because of Junior's stupid act of suicide to him). And during the SML Question box and Holiday Collection, Toby's spirit can be heard singing to the viewers.

- This episode was uploaded two years after "Brooklyn Guy's Thanksgiving!" and four years after "Cody Gets Expelled!".
- This is one of the rare recent videos to not have a BTS, and the second episode of 2023 to not have one. This is because Lance and Audrey were out of town.
- The thumbnail background with Penelope and Toby Sherbert is the same as the thumbnail for Cody's Boy Band!.
- Toby was most likely based on/similar to Harry Styles.
- Toby and Thomas' names came from two engines from the TV show in which Junior is a fan of: Thomas & Friends.
- Toby's Wikipedia page reads the following: "Toby has been accused of having relations with many of his female fans. He just always does stuff like this. Whatever girl he wants, he gets. In 2022, Toby met a fan at a concert and took a photo with her. He then invited her back to his hotel and bung. In 2023, Toby did the same thing again to two fans at once. This time at a concert in Vancouver. He said in an interview that he can't help himself, this is just him. In 2024 he said he plans on banging a new fan every week at all his concerts during his world tour. He said they cannot wait to start banging. This got a lot of parents mad at his comments. Toby said that no one is off limits to his banging problem. He wants to spread the bang. Toby's parents have commented about their son's bang problem. They wish he would go to rehab. "he has such a beautiful singing voice, if only he would use it for good." Toby's grandfather use to be a famous coal miner. He would make coal and bang hoes in the mines. He said he is proud of his grandsons many banging's and thinks there's nothing wrong with it. His grandmother died last Tuesday in a car accident and was said to have been. listening to Toby's song "I bang old ladies 2" A sequel to his 2019 hit song "I bang old ladies", a song about how Toby also bangs old ladies, not just younger women. A huge shock to his fan base because in 2017 Toby said he wasn't interested in banging old ladies. Toby soon apologized about lying in his 2023 song "I sometimes like to bang old ladies but I prefer younger women".

- During the music video, part of the blue wall at the upper left corner of the video where the black background is supposed to be at is seen during some parts of the music video.
