Synopsis[]
Brooklyn Guy is going to stop a bully!
Plot[]
The video starts at the Y U DUMB? Elementary School, with Jackie Chu making weather balloon with his class. During class, Bully threatens to shoot Jeffy's balloon with a Nerf Gun that has a bullet with a needle in it. But after Jeffy threatens to beat him up if he does so, he directs his attention to Penelope's balloon, causing her to fail instantly.
Penelope goes home to tell her dad, Who claims he is going to bang his mom to teach the bully a lesson. The next day at school, Brooklyn Guy dresses up as a cop so he can get the Bully's mom's number.
When Brooklyn Guy to confront Bully his mom, Muriel goes to give him mashed peas. Brooklyn Guy completely changes his mind and start thinking of beating up his dad until Muriel explains that he eats testicles.
Brooklyn Guy and Penelope go home to try and find a different way to stop the Bully. Karen suggests Brooklyn to call his brother, Jonathan to bang his mom; Brooklyn Guy agrees and calls Jonathan over.
Brooklyn Guy and Jonathan went to Muriel’s house and knock on the door, Muriel answers the door, Brooklyn Guy says that she call the plumbers a few days ago about having trouble with the pipes, She says she did call them and let them in and shows the toilet is in the bathtub, Jonathan is in Muriel’s room banging her, He went out of the room naked, So Brooklyn Guy and Jonathan went back in the house, Jonathan lies he didn’t bang her, Brooklyn Guy kicks Jonathan out of the house.
Brooklyn Guy calls Loan Dolphin over to Bang Bully’s Mom, Brooklyn Guys deals him to give him 1000$ to do it.
Loan Dolphin is at Muriel’s house knocking, She sees him and say she likes dolphins, she immediately grabs him inside to bang him. Loan Dolphin is back in Brooklyn Guy’s house and said to him he did it, He shows him a video doing it, Brooklyn Guy was disgusted he doesn’t want to see it, Karen gives him the 1000$, Brooklyn Guy said to Penelope he banged his mom, She said she’s ready to switch schools.
Bully is still bullying Penelope, Penelope insults Bully back by saying her mom is not banged by a dolphin, and Junior insults Bully for it until he cries out of the classroom. Penelope tells Brooklyn Guy she insults Bully, Brooklyn Guy was proud for doing it as the video ends.

- This could also be a referencing to "SuperPowers!" where Cody bangs Bowser to get back at Junior. This would show Junior being hypocritical, he makes fun of Bully because the Loan Dolphin banged his mom but he doesn't like when Cody bangs his dad.
- This video was uploaded a year after "Cody's Real Dad!", 4 years after "Jeffy's Teddy Bear!", 5 years after "Jeffy's Clone!", 6 years after "Bowser Junior Kinda Goes Camping!", and 9 years after "Bowser Junior's Happy Meal".
- Coincidentally, both "The Bully Solution!" and "Cody's Real Dad! reveal a character's parents. The former revealed that Bully's mother was Muriel, while the latter revealed that Cody's father was Gary.

- This episode could be a sign that Face-Eater is possibly Bully's biological dad (the human version of Banzai Bill) due to Muriel saying that Bully's dad is a serial killer, Bully also shares the same eyes and brows as him and also a nose-piercing, Face-Eater's voice also sounds similar to Banzai Bill and Bully.

- Bully claims in this episode that Muriel is his mom, but in "The Lunch Lady", he doesn't seem to acknowledge or recognize her when she gives Jeffy a love note.

- In The Lunch Lady!, it was established that Brooklyn Guy and Muriel dated in college. However, they don't seem to recognize each other in this video. It is likely that they had no reason to bring it up or it's possible that they forgot.
- In the same video, a restraining order had been filed against Muriel for Jeffy, meaning Brooklyn Guy should have arrested her for violating it.
- Patrick's nametag is on Penelope's desk.
