"The Baseball Game!" is the 518th episode of SML Movies. It marks the return of Shrek, Toad, and Chris's characters in person.
Synopsis
All of the SML characters play baseball!
Plot
The video starts with Jeffy making goat or sheep-like noises and spanking his diaper. He groans, and smacks his diaper some more when he tends to smack his diaper very hard. Mario tells him to stop, but Rosalina tells Mario that Jeffy is having fun. Mario thinks that Jeffy is being annoying so he bets Jeffy a dollar that he can't stop doing it for 30 seconds. Jeffy breaks it before the thirty seconds and Goodman shows up at Mario's door. Thankfully for Mario, Goodman does not want money. In fact, he's hosting a charity baseball game so that he doesn't need to give the money to the IRS.
Game
The game is kids versus adults and lasts one inning, with the kids as the batters and the adults as the fielders at the start of the game.

Joseph is hitting the ball and Hansel catches it in his mouth.

Junior hits it then Karen gets the ball and throws it to first base. Junior makes it to first base before Tyrone catches the ball and Junior realized he could have kept running.

Brooklyn Guy hits Cody in the face. Junior gets to go to second base. Cody also gets to go to first base, as per the rules, although this is not mentioned or shown on-screen.

Jeffy hits the ball and scores a home run. With Cody and Junior already on their bases, the kids get 3 runs.

Scooter holds the bat the wrong way but hits the ball when it randomly becomes right-side up. Scooter hits Brooklyn Guy in the face. Scooter doesn't run and Tyrone catches it.

As Ken is only a doll and thus can't hit balls, he ends up getting three strikes. Scooter then takes Shrek's catching spot.

Brooklyn Guy gets a strike and calls half time.
The adults discuss how to win the game. Scooter shows up but is kicked out. They need to get four runs. They decide to wait until dark to play, as they think the sun in their eyes is giving them a disadvantage since the kids' eyes aren't as aged.
Brooklyn Guy ignores his previous strike & gets three strikes but still tries again and hits it. He chases after the ball, stopping Junior. Cody gets the ball and throws it to Ken. Joseph gets the ball and unsuccessfully passes it to Toad. Brooklyn Guy gets a run.

Tyrone hits the ball and it hits over the side.

Post-Game
The kids celebrate winning while the adults are mad because they lost. Goodman talks to the camera about the results and mentions that the kids win $1,000,000.
Mario is crying about losing while Rosalina comforts him. Then Jeffy comes in, happy about winning money. When asked what he did with his part of the million dollars, Jeffy mentions he gave it to charity. When asked which charity, he revealed that charity is his bank account, so Jeffy actually deposited his money into his bank account, which he jokingly refers to as a charity. The SML question/outro then appears, cutting off Mario's reaction and ending the video. But then, there is footage of the BTS when Logan gets hit in the head with a baseball when Mario is hitting the ball.

Trivia
- This is the first appearance of Toad and Shrek in 2020 and their first appearances since "Bowser Junior's Playtime 6" and "Black Yoshi's Chicken Sandwich!" respectively. This is also Toad's (so far) only 2020 appearance.
- This is also Toad’s first appearance on SuperBowserLogan.
- This marks Chris' first return to filming without the need for a virtual device nor social distancing, thus marking the first time Cody and Brooklyn Guy physically appear in a video outside of FaceTime since "Jeffy Goes to Disney World!" and "Jeffy Goes Bowling!" respectively. However, because he is wearing a face mask due to COVID-19. Cody, Judy, and Brooklyn T. Guy's voices are noticeably muffled.
- However after this episode, Chris returned to only playing his characters on facetime this could be due to the levels of Pensacola being under quarantine increasing again.
- It could be possible that this video takes place before his characters went into quarantine.
- This episode was uploaded 3 years after "Stuck!", and 5 years after "Bowser Junior's World Record!".
- This video possibly confirms that Toad and Junior did not end their friendship.
- Originally, Bowser, Chef Pee Pee, Screwball, Jackie Chu, Patrick, Drawing Jeffy and Craig The Devil were going to appear in this episode, but they were all cut out,
- This video is similar to "The Big Thanksgiving", "The Costume Contest!" and "The Golden Egg!" as it is about a lot of characters coming together (in the latter two's case, it is similar because The Costume Contest! and The Golden Egg! involve a competition.
- This video marks the first time Goodman donates his money to charity.
- Logan was hit in the head with a baseball during the filming of this video. However, he wasn't severely injured so there was no need for medical services.
- This video is Scooter's 4th appearance in 2020.
- This video has become critically acclaimed to the point of it being considered a classic to both new and old fans.
- There cannot be halftime in baseball, and catching the ball with your mouth does no t count as a out so Joseph should have fun into one of the bases.
- The stadium used for filming this episode was Admiral Fetterman Field. It is home to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Minor League baseball team and the West Florida Argonauts NCAA football team.
- Mr. Peacock, who is a character Lance got in Fan Mail #23, can be seen in the back of Lance's car In BTS#1
- This video has gotten a lot of praise from fans due to its creative/unique atmosphere and the location changed to an actual baseball field.
- If looked closely, Scooter is seen completely barefoot.
- It is presumed that the titular game was broadcasted on television in the SML world.
- This possibly confirms at the end of the video where Mario had beaten Jeffy off-screen for giving the money to charity.
- But it was later confirmed in the second BTS video that after Jeffy said he put his half in his bank account, Mario continued crying.
Errors
- There are many instances in this video where the crew's face and/or body can be seen:
- When Ken batted, his first two pitches to him were miscalled "strikes" when they were balls. So his real ball-strike ratio is 2-1.
- When Scooter was up for pitching, he's holding the bat upside down, but when he hits the ball, he's holding the bat the right way. When the camera goes back to him, the bat is upside down again.
- Brooklyn Guy is shown wearing his doctor outfit in the thumbnail but in the actual video, he wears his normal black shirt instead. However, Karen is still wearing a doctor outfit from her previous appearance in "Bowser Junior's Wings!" It is possible that Logan couldn’t find Brooklyn Guy with the black shirt.
- Although most baseball rules and regulations were followed during this video, it is never explained why the kids team get to bat first. In normal baseball games, the visiting team will always bat first, or it could be decided via a coin flip with one of teams calling heads or tails.
- The adults should´ve won the game :(
