Noquiero the Taco Bell Chihuahua is a character that appeared in a couple of episodes. In "How to eat an Oreo", he shows Mario how he likes to eat an Oreo by putting it in a taco roll with pepper, sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and meat. He didn't make a lot of appearances, but always holds a heart on his paw. The Taco Bell Chihuahua did not age well unlike popular classic characters like Shrek, Toad, Woody, Black Yoshi, or even Tony the Tiger. That may or may not be the reason for why he stopped appearing after “How to Eat an Oreo”.

- He is a plush based off the former Taco Bell mascot and advertising figure, Gidget (aka the Taco Bell Chihuahua). Gidget died in 2009.
- "No quiero Taco Bell." translated from Spanish is "I don't want Taco Bell."
- He is currently unlikely to make a return.
- The Taco Bell Chihuahua plushie does not appear in the "Mario Plush Collection!" video, so the whereabouts of the plushie is unknown. Either it's in any of the tubs of miscellaneous plushies or Logan lost it when moving out of the Old House in 2015.
- The original plush is currently lost.
