Susan Smith-Staleburger, simply referred to as Susan Smith (also known as Nurse Jackie, or Denise) is a recurring character that assists Brooklyn Guy in several videos.

Susan is a human puppet with pale brown skin, black hair, brown eyes, black eyelashes and a pink sweater. As a nurse, she wears a scrubs uniform, similar to Brooklyn Guy's attire

Brooklyn Guy asks if there were any witnesses and Susan takes him to the cookie jar. He asks who stole the cookie jar, but he's still traumatized, and Susan finds a Nerf bullet and Brooklyn Guy thinks that it was Jeffy.
"No Nut November!"[]
Susan is kidnapped by Mr. Meaner and tied with rope to a car and Mr. Meaner drives off with Susan in the car. She then dies in the same episode after Mr. Meaner cuts her head off and lays her body in a ditch.

Denise is a nurse that works at the hospital with Brooklyn T. Guy and Jonathan, she finds the Dr. Pepper joke to be hilarious.

She appears when Brooklyn Guy asks her to take Jonathan away from his mother.

In the The Monster Mash! when she, Simmons, Brooklyn T. Guy, and Chief were going over crime reports of murders, it appeared that the two are friendly.

Mr. Goodman[]
She has been seen with Mr. Goodman a lot of times. She works at his bank as a teller. In Billy's Revenge!, Goodman helped her and Brooklyn Guy by funding research to find the care for AIDS. In Marvin The Intern!, Mr. Goodman made her do very hard tasks and even spanked her if she messed up.

- Originally, her puppet was used for Nurse Tenny in Bowser Junior's Summer School 7. It was later used once for Jennifer in Junior Stops SeaWorld!.
- She speaks with a slight Southern accent when preforming her nurse job and her flight attendant job in Final Destination!, but when she is doing her detective job, she speaks similar to Elaina's normal voice
- Her full name is Susan Smith.
