On a rainy day at Y U DUMB Elementary School, Mikey,Junior, Cody, and Joseph are coloring. Junior notices a pink crayon and makes fun of Cody's Mom, calling her a pig. Joseph then asks Mikey if he could borrow one of Mikey's crayons, and Mikey willingly gives it to him. Joseph then breaks the crayon, causing Mikey to cry. Junior and Cody suddenly start to make noises, causing Jeffy to join in by screaming.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick comes in and tells the class to quiet down. She tells them that to make up for the fact that she was forced to teach them for the summer, they all had to write the sentence ''I RUINED MRS. FITZPATRICK'S SUMMER SCHOOL, I'M SORRY FOR BEING SO DUMB'' 10,000 times. The students start to write, but Cody distracts the group by making jokes, causing everyone in the class to laugh. Having enough of the noise, Mrs. Fitzpatrick tells Cody to come up to her desk so she could hit him with her paddle. Cody then starts to make sexual comments, making Mrs. Fitzpatrick hit him on the head with the paddle.
Cody returns to his desk and comes up with a plan to make Mrs. Fitzpatrick quit. He decides to give Mrs. Fitzpatrick a fake lottery ticket so Mrs. Fitzpatrick could think she actually won money, so she could quit. Cody gives her the fake lottery ticket, claiming it was a gift for her. Mrs. Fitzpatrick scratches off the lottery ticket and ends up ''winning'', making her extremely happy to the point where she goes crazy. She then leaves the classroom and quits. Cody then starts to feel bad for Mrs. Fitzpatrick, as she was going to be depressed once she found out that the lottery ticket was fake.
Principal Steinbeck barges into the classroom and introduces the class's new teacher Mr. Blinkle. Principal Steinbeck leaves the room and Mr. Blinkle introduces himself. Mr. Blinkle tells the class that their assignment was to write down their names, addresses, and the time their parents went to work on a piece of paper. Cody tells Junior that he thought that Mr. Binkie seemed familiar, to which Junior tells him that if he seen Mr. Blinkle before, he would have remembered. Junior then turns in his assignment and tells Mr. Binkie that his father didn't have a job, and he thought his mother was dead. Bully goes up to Mr. Blinkle and tell him that he was being sent nude photos by a streamer he followed, and he wanted to tell someone about it. Mr. Blinkle is disgusted, claiming that he didn't want someone's ''sloppy seconds'' and sends Bully back to his desk.
Cody throws a paper ball on Blinkle's head, but misses. Junior tries to hit Mr. Blinkle with a paper ball also, but ends up hitting the camera instead. Finally, Joseph throws a paper ball and hits Mr. Blinkle's mustache off, revealing that his mustache was fake and his true identity, Mr. Winkle: a pedophile. Mr. Winkle grabs Annabelle's Neck and tries to stab her with a pencil. He then runs out the classroom, taking Annabelle with him.
Principal Steinbeck returns to the classroom and starts to throw a fit, upset that another teacher left. Principal Steinbeck tells the class that he would try to find another teacher, and if he didn't, he would have to be their teacher. All of the kids leave, ending the episode.

Rosalina's plush can be seen on the detention chair along with the other plushies in the BTS 1 and in the closet in the BTS 2, this marks the first and second time Rosalina's plush has been seen since "The Super Bowl Problem!".
Mr. Pig's puppet can also be seen at 3:53, despite it being stated in the previous video and the behind the scenes for "Brooklyn Guy's Missing Wife!" that they do not know where his puppet is. It can be assumed because of this, that they have now found his puppet or got a replacement one, hinting that he may finally return in physical form.
