"Shrek's Coma" is the 317th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis
Shrek is in a coma from eating too much cheesecake!
Plot
Shrek is seen at the table with a layer of 15 cheesecakes, preparing to eat it all. Mario warns Shrek that he will get sick, but he does not care and eats it all anyways. Shrek then goes into a coma, and Mario rushes him to the hospital.
The doctor says that his brain is still working, but it is unknown how fast Shrek will wake up from the coma. Mario suggests that he switches bodies with the dead body that the nurse just wheeled into the room. The doctor agrees, and tells Mario to wait back home.
At the house, Rosalina and Mario are on the couch, while she is expressing her sorrow for Mario's friend. The doctor later brings out Shrek, and tells them to admire his new body. Mario and Rosalina get into a fight because Mario thinks she wants to cheat on him with Shrek, and she eventually leaves.
Later that night, Rosalina comes back and announces that she is going on a date with Shrek, and they go to a fancy restaurant.
Mario is furious, and asks Black Yoshi for advice. Black Yoshi comes up with an idea to sabotage Shrek's date by dressing up as a Sara Lee cheesecake box, and encourage Shrek to eat a lot of cheesecake in order to put him in another coma, and back into his original body. The plan succeeds, and now Shrek is under a coma again.
Mario apologizes to Rosalina (even though it was her own fault he broke up with her) while Shrek returns to his original body and starts eating more cheesecake. The video ends from there.

Trivia.
- Atso didn't have his own persona at all in this episode and was killed off, the reason being that Anthony Miller is no longer part of the cast.
- This is the final video to have Atso.
- This is the second SML Video of 2017 to not appear on Trending On YouTube, the first being Jeffy's Fun Day.
- For unknown reasons, this episode has been age-restricted.
- This is the first Shrek video since "The Couch!", which was uploaded 3 and a half months prior.
- This is Black Yoshi's first appearance since "Black Yoshi's Scam!".
- This episode is one of the episodes that only feature Mario and Rosalina, but not Jeffy.
- This is the second Shrek video to have negative reviews, the first time was "Shrek's Crappy Wish". Unlike the other video however, it wasn't panned.
- Rosalina flirting with Shrek's persona as Atso is similar to her flirting with Jeffy while he speaks French in "Jeffy's Brain!".
- This is the second time laser eyes are used in videos, the first time being "SuperPowers 2".

- When Shrek is in Atso's body, he acts a lot like Fat Bastard from the Austin Powers series. Both character are played by the same actor, Mike Myers.
Errors
- At 9:05, Rosalina gives Shrek her lasagna and he eats it, but at 9:08 she has it again. This is most likely due to the recorded scenes being out of order though.
- Shrek said that he had "never gotten sick off cheesecake before," but he was revealed to have had diabetes from eating too much cheesecake in "Shrek's Diet!", however since it was 2 years ago, he possibly forgot or Logan was the one who forgot.
