Shelby is the mother of Bowser Junior. She first appeared in "Bowser Junior's Mom!". She's a sulcata tortoise.
Trivia[]
- She replaces Sheila Perkins from the original "The Koopa Kids!" video.
- In "Bowser Junior's Mom!", Bowser tells his son that Shelby is his mother. However, Bowser Junior was conceived by Peach in the Mario and Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures episode, "Baby Mutant Turtles" (his first appearance).
- However, Mario and Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures is not canon to SML Movies.
- In one of SML's vlogs, it is said that Shelby is lost, or was stolen by one of their fans.
- She was a pet that the crew was keeping around.
- She is mentioned in "Junior's Teeth!" by Braxton, claiming that she "couldn't give up the party life", which might explain her disappearance.
- She is sometimes stated to be dead.
- It is unknown if she will have a human puppet if "Bowser Junior's Mom!" gets a remake, wich is unlikely because SML Remakes ended.
- She and Margaret were the only remaining members of Bowser's family to not beat up Bowser Junior.
