Policy for removal of UOTM award
In some cases, a user may have their UOTM award revoked for a reason such as:
- The user is revealed to be a sockpuppet account of another user.
- The user has received a second permanent block after having their first permanent block appealed.
- The user has received a permanent block for a very serious offence.
However, a user may also not have their UOTM award revoked. Reasons include:
- The user receives their first permanent block, but the offence is not serious enough for their UOTM to be revoked.
- The user receives a temporary block.
- The user qualifies for their UOTM award to be revoked, but the other candidates at the time of when the user received the award are inactive.
