Ronald McDonald is the famous, yet depraved, mascot and CEO of McDonald's. He has appeared in some SML videos focusing on McDonald's. In his appearances, he's shown to be an angry, greedy, foul mouthed and bad tempered alcoholic who is very rude to others.

Personality[]

Unlike his original counterpart, this version of Ronald McDonald in SML is an extremely greedy, sociopathic, angry, foul mouthed, violent, business man who will do basically anything to keep getting money, no matter how stupid his ideas may be. He does all the typical corrupt business schemes to help keep himself in the publics eye, cutting corners on costs, making sponsorships with celebrities, and spending his earnings away at strip clubs and casinos knowing he will make them back. And if he never gets what he wants or has his way, he becomes super angry and psychotic. Whenever he gets aggressive, most of the people around him such as his rivals, his business partner Steve or Mr. Goodman would usually be scared or subservient to him or his demands whenever he has outbursts.

He does have a very aggressive side, however, as he is an alcoholic. He has an extremely loathing rivalry between The Burger King, because he thinks his restaurant and foods are much better than his own, as well as all the other popular fast food chains. Despite this, Ronald seems to actually like the KFC pizza in Duggie's KFC Pizza! and he was grateful to Colonel Sanders about it. However, he actually wanted to make it as his own food, as he killed Sanders by violently putting his mouth at the biscuits and choking him, until he died.

Despite his murderous and psychopathic rampage, he does have some redeeming qualities such as caring about Steve Staleburger as his own close friend/employer whatever he has business or rage issues. Though Steve usually shows signs of not returning his feelings and not wanting anything to do with Ronald and his various schemes to make more money than he already has.

Ronald is also prone to over-reacting on several occasions, such as when McDonald's faces competition, when McDonald's gets sued, and even over-reacts to little things, such as in The Purple Problem!, when Wendy makes a Purple Frosty, and when Steve choose to have Dinner with his grandchildren rather than be his manager. Another example is during The Golden Nugget!, when Ronald throws a fit over Kerwin Frost, because he was a little known celebrity, and not a well known one like Drake or Adam Sandler. Ronald also over-reacts whenever he can't have his way. Speaking of which, he also claims ownership over pretty much anything so he can get his way. Among the things he claimed ownership are Pizza, the KFC Chicken Pizza, the color Purple, Cheeseburgers, and the Moon.

As shown many times, Ronald is always trying to make more money than he already has, just like Goodman. Also like Goodman, he likes to spend this money on sleeping with Hookers, as well as just about any woman he meets, Clarissa being one example. He will also use violence to get what he wants, such as when he killed Colonel Sanders to get the KFC Chicken Pizza in Duggie's KFC Pizza!, demanded Jeffy to give him the Golden Nugget in The Golden Nugget!, and stealing Moon Cheese from Marvin and Brooklyn Guy in Jeffy's Moon Cheese!.

Ronald also tends to do things, even when he's advised not to by Steve, because Ronald will "just act like classic Ronald" where he will be angry, will yell, act violent, and overall, embarrass himself. This was shown in Jeffy's Mad Cow Disease! and Junior Sues McDonalds!. Overall, his personality is to the point where even Steve doesn't like him, but is forced to put up with him. Though as shown in Duggie The Hitman!, Steve appears to have finally had enough of Ronald's ways, to the point where he hired Duggie to kill him, but failing due to Duggie misunderstanding his subtle cues.

Trivia[]

  • He really hates Burger King and how their food tastes, as shown in Bad Super Bowl Commercials!.
  • His costume is just a backwards Jeffy shirt with duct tape on top of a Santa suit with more duct tape with the McDonald's app logo.[1]
  • He was disliked by some of the fans due to his parts that focuses on him were really long or because of his personality.
    • For the record, every segment featuring him is indeed long. Why this is the case is unknown.
    • To name an example, he spent 28 billion dollars on a 2 minute Super Bowl Commercial in Bad Super Bowl Commercials!. Longer than any of the other commercials in that video. He spent said commercial angrily insulting Burger King and bribing people to go to McDonald's.
  • He sometimes appears with a red beard due to Anthony Miller letting his beard grow during the recordings of the videos.
  • This version of Ronald is similar to Australian Youtuber RackaRacka's Version of Ronald, except their version is a serial killer and has a high pitched voice.
    • His Tone is Reminiscent to Chef Pepperjack from Skylanders and Biff Tannen from Back to the Future.
  • Despite his greedy nature, he is sometimes shown to be fine with refunds, It might depend on how much money though.
    • In The Burger Problem!, he angrily tells Rose that he doesn't do refunds. So it's possible he just says to give refunds just to get out of trouble.
  • He is sometimes seen as a good person such as in Duggie's KFC Pizza! when he saves Marvin, Rose, and Ya Boy Duggie from Samuel Sanders, though he really only did it so he could steal his Chicken Pizza meal.
  • Elaina formerly did the makeup process for Ronald, but now it is done by Anthony himself.
  • He frequently says the word "Shit", kind of like how Goodman frequently says "Fuck".
