Pistachio Pete was an elderly man who, as his name implies, loves pistachios. He appeared in The Mayor Election! where he ran for mayor. His twin brother is Tuna Fish Terry, and he has a brother named Gumbo Gary.

In "The Mayor Election!", he ran for mayor against his twin brother, who was a guest speaker along with him at Y U Dumb? Elementary. During the campaign, however, Pistachio Pete was killed by Gumbo Gary, who framed Tuna Fish Terry for the accident and got him arrested, which Brooklyn Guy, Junior, Joseph, and Cody found out after he showed up at Junior's house. The reason he was killed was because his brother, Gumbo Gary, hates pistachios, and wanted to get rid of him, and that way he could win the mayor's position. Gary is later arrested for the murder of Pistachio Pete, thanks to Joseph, who recorded it on Junior's phone because his phone went dead when trying to record the video the second time, as he was not recording the first time. Terry is freed and wins the election. He then shows up at Junior's house and tells a long story, which is so boring, Junior and Cody leave the room.

- Though it was not mentioned, it was hinted that he, Tuna Fish Terry, and Gumbo Gary could possibly be triplets.
- Like Terry and Gary, his puppet is the smaller Harold puppet. Coincidentally, Pablo played both characters, using the same accent.
- He wears a similar outfit to Luigi, and Joseph in "The Little Boy Who Cried Wolf!".
