Pepper Goodman is a pedophilic elf who first appeared in Jeffy The Elf! as a minor character, where he and the other elves helped Jeffy during his time working as an elf when Jeffy got sentenced to one day of work at Santa's workshop for taking a bite of a gingerbread man cookie. He mainly makes appearances in some of the SML Christmas episodes, with an exception being Jeffy Catches A Predator!, where he was one of the predators who was lured into Marvin's house by Brooklyn T. Guy for the TV show How to Catch a Pervert.
Pepper usually helps Santa as he makes toys for him, along with the other elves, so that Santa can have toys to deliver on Christmas Eve, but he has been shown to be really good friends with Santa as Santa usually says to him "Pepper, you're still a weird fucker, but I like ya".

- His puppet is recycled from Benjamin Goodman, which could explain his relationship with Mr. Goodman.
- Unlike his brothers, he sounds nothing like Goodman.
- His voice has a similar style to Pie from Battle for Dream Island.
