Penelope Guy is a student at Y U DUMB? Elementary School and the daughter of Brooklyn T. Guy. She is a recurring character in SML.
Penelope originally acted cold, harsh, and mean towards Junior; this sentiment is mutual, and they usually have arguments and rival each other. They began dating in Season 15 with one breakup that lasted for a week between late December to early January.
Penelope was originally played by Pablo's cousin Rachel DeLuca, but was eventually replaced with Elaina Keyes for an undisclosed reason, possibly because Elaina is a more experienced actress, which was presumably established during Penelope's hiatus. Penelope returned in "Fat Junior!" after a 6-month hiatus.
Appearance[]
Penelope has ginger, braided hair, with circular green clips at the ends. She also has black hair clips, brown glasses, and emerald green contact lenses in her eyes (it is possible that her eyes are biologically blue from her parents). Her attire consists of a white long-sleeved shirt, a rhombus-themed vest (colors: blue, red and goldenrod), a black skirt, and white sneakers with green soles.
Personality[]
Penelope is a bratty and harsh girl who sometimes acts immature to most people around her except for her friends and Cody. She seems to dislike most boys as revealed in "Junior's Sleepover Mission!". She doesn't like it when people stereotype girls for only talking about boys and doing their nails and getting pimples. She also gets upset easily. In "Jeffy's 18th Birthday!", Brooklyn Guy told Rose that she would eat crackers, and the crumbs would get stuck between the seats, which is why she wasn't allowed to ride in his Hyundai Sonata.
Other than that, Penelope is highly intelligent at everything else with the exception of spelling, pointed out in "The Spelling Bee!", where she spells quiche wrong. She seems to also wield the intellect of a natural scientist as she is able to create chemicals and properly instruct how to dissect super-naturals.
There are some videos she is actually respectful and caring, for example, in "The Cheerleading Competition!", she takes care of Heidi when she breaks her leg, in "Brooklyn Guy's Christmas Problem!", she hugs Brooklyn Guy for surprising her with Santa (which was actually Jonathan in a Santa suit), and in "Chef Pee Pee's Girlfriend!", she made Junior chicken noodle soup when he was sick, but Chef Pee Pee threw it outside, and also snuggled with Junior in a blanket to watch a movie with him.

Early Life[]
Penelope was born on January 14 or February 3 to Brooklyn T. Guy and Debra. She was presumably raised in Brooklyn, NY. Over time, she realized her dad never cared about her and when her mother and Brooklyn Guy officially separated, which she stayed with her mom, with her stepdad, Dave. At some point, she moved in her dad's house in Pensacola, Florida.
Penelope may be a nerdy, stereotypical girl, but hidden from the world, she is a crazy mad scientist whose original goal is to send all boys to Jupiter so they can get more stupider. She was aided by Shanda, Heidi, Samantha and Cody, who originally was doing a sleepover. While they were dissecting an alien, this mission was thwarted by Junior and Joseph, who informed them that Jupiter is not possible to walk on due to it being a gas planet.

Cody[]
Cody is Penelope's love interest because of his 6-pack abs, or so it was believed at first, as it was because she states that Cody's face reminded her of pizza, and she loves pizza.
She and Cody study over the phone a lot since they are both smart, they have inside jokes and things that they call each other, Cody says that it is their thing, Penelope has kind of accepted the fact that Cody doesn't like girls, as she said to Cody's parents that Cody likes boys, but she still admires him. However, as of "Junior the Simp," Penelope started waning from Cody and onto Junior, and as of even more recent this seems to have waned off on her and has vanished completely when she started dating Junior. Though back then in one episode called Spin The Bottle!, before she dated Junior, she loved the idea of kissing Cody, which grossed him out as he likes boys, and after playing spin the bottle and Junior taking a video of Penelope and Cody kissing, Penelope wanted him to send the video to her, and then the rest of that episode, Junior threatened to tell Ken about it unless Cody fixed it.

Junior[]
Junior has a crush on Penelope, but she says he's not her type. This leads Junior to make fun of her in order not to show any signs of weakness. They constantly argue and their thoughts are constantly challenged by the other. She hates Junior so much, that she hates him almost more than Chef Pee Pee does. However, their relationship is spontaneous and changes with every video. In the Squid Game Video, Penelope is sassy towards junior and they argue throughout the video, but, in Junior The Simp! Penelope likes him because he's a "bad boy" for beating up Chives. As seen in "Junior's Essay!", Penelope and Junior were chatting for 2 hours. And she offered to make out with Junior during P.J. Crenshaw's party at her house, so it is possible that she has feelings for Junior, but there is also a possibility this was only done because she was drunk. As of Junior's Crazy Girlfriend!, the two are dating after Penelope got visibly jealous of Junior asking someone else out, but Junior attempts to break up with her at the end of the video, but due to her not catching the hint, their relationship is continued into the next video, and even after dating do they have short relapses of their former rivalry. In Chef Pee Pee's Girlfriend!, she wanted to care for Junior by making him chicken noodle soup as he was sick, but unfortunately, Chef Pee Pee threw it outside, she eventually snuggled in a blanket with Junior to watch a movie but Chef Pee Pee distracted them by showing off his own girlfriend before Lil' T took it away from him. They eventually break up in Junior's Scary Bump! after the latter admits to cheating on her, but eventually get back together after Junior stages an abduction of Penelope, tricking the latter into thinking Junior saved her. Junior and Penelope's relationship tends to switch between healthy and unhealthy, Junior can be a good loving and caring boyfriend doing cuddles and such and supporting Penelope, however his sexist and misogynistic views which are supported by Joseph tend to get in the way and will often cause Penelope to storm out irritated. Junior will try to apologize when he sees that he upset her and will make excuses for why he did it. Despite dating, Junior and Penelope seem to have kept up their rivalry as they will still occasionally argue over the stuff they argued about before they were dating.
They have kissed three times before, once each in Chicken Pox!, Chef Pee Pee's Girlfriend!, Junior's Scary Bump!, and in Junior Kidnaps Penelope! He has also sexually assaulted her in Cody's Curse! after she was turned into a piece of broccoli.

Brooklyn T. Guy[]
Brooklyn T. Guy is Penelope's father; however, she seems to hate him and claims that he is never there for her and apparently, along with her brother, lives with her mother. She is also unappreciative of how he has to work as Brooklyn reminds her that he has to work hard and provide checks to her mother. Notably, what was Penelope’s possible best moment with her father was caused by Junior in an attempt to sabotage her. Junior accidentally convinces Brooklyn Guy to visit her daughter in The Cheerleading Competition! and cheer her on. Brooklyn Guy then celebrates when Penelope and her partner win the competition.

Penelope was raised by Debra. From the way Penelope talks, she seems to respect her mother way more than she respects her father. However, this (according to Penelope) is due to the fact that her mom has less jobs than her father (and is fat and lazy according to Brooklyn T. Guy) and she spends more time with Penelope while Brooklyn T. Guy works all his jobs spending less time with her.

Penelope and Billy bond near the ending of "Saw 2". Penelope and Billy play with Legos. Although Billy makes the word “AIDS” out of Legos, they’ve still become friends.

Jeffy[]
Penelope and Jeffy seem to be friends though they rarely interact with each other, although in SQUID GAME, Jeffy tells her to shut up.
Penelope tells Jeffy to shut up in Junior Goes To Legoland!.
For a 3-legged race in Jeffy's Summer Camp!, they partner up, but Jeffy drags Penelope the whole way across.
In Handsome Jeffy!, Jeffy gets plastic surgery to become handsome. Penelope and some other girls fall for him. Penelope asks for his number, and then she and the other girls proceed to kiss him.

Bully[]
Bully and Penelope dated in “Junior The Simp!.” However, Junior disguises as Bully and treats Penelope horribly. Penelope likes Bully because he’s a bad boy and she likes bad boys. Later, Junior (impersonating Bully) treats Penelope nice, and she later breaks up with Bully. After that, the two have barely talked. They interact again in The Bully Solution! where Brooklyn Guy tries to get him to stop bullying Penelope. In "Junior Kidnaps Penelope!", after Penelope broke up with Junior, she chose to spend time with Bully instead of getting back together with Junior. After Junior kidnaps her and frames Bully, she believes Junior's story of how Bully had staged the whole kidnapping. In "Junior's Crazy Assumption!," Penelope reveals that while watching Seinfeld, she and Bully made out on the couch. Bully also claims to have cleaned his room for her.

- In the BTS of "Hunky Cody!", Logan stated that Penelope is his favorite name because you can make fun of it in many ways.
- She hates Junior due to his childish and mean nature, as opposed to her own more mature and more intelligent nature. But she does have some scenes where she might be seen as dumb, such as in "Junior's Sleepover Mission!", where she says that she could "send all the boys to Jupiter to get more stupider" but Jupiter is a gas giant, thus it would nearly be impossible to send "the boys" to it. However, as of "Junior The Simp!", she now likes him, however in "Chicken Pox!", she still doesn't like Junior.
- She shares similarities towards Trixie Tang from Fairly Odd Parents due to hating a boy that always has a crush on her.
- Since "Fat Junior!", Penelope is now currently being played by Elaina and has since replaced Rachel.
- She was revealed to be vegan in "The Lunch Lady!", but in an error, she's seen eating a pizza Lunchable. She could have been eating the crust or the tomato sauce.
- In "Jeffy Gets Arrested!", it's revealed she has an ear infection, that might explain a bit why she hates hearing Junior's voice.
- In "Chef Pee Pee's Girlfriend!", it's revealed that her glasses are only reading glasses.
- In a vlog on Chilly's channel, Logan revealed a prototype puppet for Brooklyn T. Guy's ex-wife and Penelope's mother, which looks nothing like Debra.
- She was one of Jeffy's only friends that Nancy indirectly mentioned, which was in "Jeffy's 19th Birthday!".
