Pee Pee Suck was Jeffy's first pet. His life was short lived as Jeffy swallowed him soon after he got him. He was soon replaced by Pee Pee Suck II, also known by names such as Melvin and Poop Butt. In real life, he died on February 23, 2017, aged 1 month old.

Jeffy named him Pee Pee Suck due to his tendency to give his pets vulgar names (e.g. Stinky Diaper VII, Jeffy's Fart IV, Poop-Butt Stink-Hole).
