Patrick Lavon Mahomes II is an American professional quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs who was first mentioned in The Ticket Problem!, where Duggie comes over to Marvin after hearing that Marvin has tickets to the Super Bowl, which interests him as he asks Marvin if he can go, but Marvin asks if he's really a Chiefs fan, which Duggie says he is. Marvin then asks Duggie to name one player, which Duggie names Patrick Mahomes (Saying "Patty Mahome Boi") as one of the players, along with some others. Duggie later then acts like Patrick, saying he can act like him when Marvin tells him that he needs a few hours to think about it, which Duggie ends up hitting Marvin with the football, which he tells Marvin he didn't catch it, only for Marvin to tell him to go away and he'll let him know if he's taking him or not, causing Duggie to leave.
He then made his physical appearance in The Super Bowl Bamboozle!, where he was baited into being kidnapped by Marvin as he acted like he was the Head Referee of the Super Bowl, and wanted his check, which after some convincing, Patrick comes to his house, only to then be kidnapped by Marvin and Brooklyn Guy as Brooklyn Guy whacks him with his beer bottle, and Marvin and Brooklyn Guy then tie him up. This doesn't last very long as Patrick does his Andy Reid call, sending Andy Reid over to him, which he allowed Patrick to ride on his back. Patrick gets on his back as they then leave Marvin's house.
In Brooklyn Guy Loses Everything!, he took Brooklyn Guy's house and daughter after Brooklyn Guy bet everything on the Super Bowl and lost. However, Brooklyn Guy managed to get them back after Patrick was handed a deflated Super Bowl LI football as evidence that Tom Brady cheated in a Super Bowl.
He makes a reappearance after some time in Jeffy's Podcast!, where he was one of the guests on Jeffy's podcast 2 Re's in a Tard Podcast, where Jeffy first talks about how Patrick lost two Super Bowls, then Jeffy asks if anyone called him Kermit the Frog, which made him scream. Then Jeffy tells him that his wife (Brittney Mahomes) is racist, because her favorite food was a fried chicken as she says them in a stereotypical African-American accent, He was asked on why his teammates keep getting arrested, due to Xavier Worthy beating his girlfriend, but the charges got dropped, then Jeffy repeats "r*pe" multiple times, resulting in his podcast getting cancelled and him being sued for $10,000.

Patrick Mahomes is a quite annoying, greedy, weird player who is obsessed with the Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid. In Brooklyn Guy Loses Everything!, he said that he betted on himself to lose the Super Bowl on purpose, showing his greediness and him wanting to make quick money despite being a multi-millionaire. He would also nonstop shout "Andy Reid" and make a parody of the game "Marco Polo" where he would say "Andy" and the other person would say "Reid". Penelope became very frustrated and annoyed, since he was repeating the same word multiple times. This shows how annoying he is and his weird obsession over Andy Reid.
