Trivia[]
- He is one of the few video game characters that still remain as their original forms in the series, following the cease and desist by Nintendo which prevented any mentioning of "Mario" or other Nintendo characters and IPs. In PAC-MAN's case, he is owned by Bandai Namco Entertainment, a third party video game company.
- However, the SML cast's original Nintendo roles are still alluded to on some occasions.
- Interestingly, the idea of him and his female counterpart being the same person is very similar to how the character was depicted in the Drawn Together episode "Gay Bash". Where he also had a homosexual orientation, surprisingly enough.
- As of "Pac-Man's Divorce!", he currently lives with Marvin.
- In his first appearance Mario's New Girlfriend!, Pac-Man was able to speak in full sentences, but in Pac-Man's Divorce!, he can only say the words "Waka waka". It is unknown why, because he was able to talk before, but it is possible that Pac-Man went insane after being divorced by Mrs. Pac-Man to the point that he can only say those 2 words.
- In "Pac-Man's Divorce!", Brooklyn Guy says that he went to high school with Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man, and that he knew what kind of person Ms. Pac-Man was in school, "eating the balls" of every basketball and football player and even Brooklyn quite a few times. Brooklyn is also shown to be able to understand Pac-Man's language after he can say just "Waka Waka".
- Interestingly, he also went to the same school as Bowser.
