Mr. Gary Meaner is a minor character in the SML series, serving as the main antagonist of "Jeffy's Tattoo Problem!". He is a criminal who likes to rob, kidnap and kill people. His name is a pun on the word "misdemeanor", which refers to a crime much less serious than a felony such as a theft.
Appearance[]
He has a nearly bald head with black lines for hair with black hair on the sides of his head similar to Marvin, an orange jumpsuit symboling that he is an escaped criminal, and a tattoo that says "DADDY SUX" on it.
Personality[]
He appears to be an evil and mean person who doesn't care about anyone but himself and committed crimes such as stealing money from Judy and kidnapping and decapitating a woman, keeping her headless body in his trunk.

- His name is a play on the word "misdemeanor".
- He shares the same name as a character in the Captain Underpants series.
- He bears a heavy resemblance to Trevor Phillips from Grand Theft Auto V.
- Coincidentally, both characters are psychotic, homicidal criminals.
- Although he’s an adult, he went to Juvenile Detention in Jeffy Goes To Juvie!
- He is one of the puppets alongside Lilly Thirtyacre and Ya Boy Duggie that are not in the SML Merch store.
- In the episode "Jeffy's Witness Protection!" it is revealed that Mr. Meaner tested positive for HIV (human immunodeficiency virus). It was revealed after Brooklyn Guy drank after Mr. Meaner, when Mr Meaner drank Brooklyn's Baja Blast™️.
- The puppet was also used for Russian criminal Vladimir Putinov, first appearing in Jeffy Wick.
- It was also used for Jasper in The Dalmatian!
