"Misery" (stylized as "MISERY") is the 1,209th episode of SML Movies.
Plot[]
The video starts with Pooby driving down the road, which Pooby pretends to play the drums as he admires himself on a vanity mirror and continues driving. Pooby pretends to play the guitar until he sees an armadillo, which shocks Pooby as he swerves, causing him to crash and get injured as Elaina comes over to take Pooby out, as well as Cody, Brooklyn T. Guy, and a folder labeled "Video ideas". The video then cuts to Pooby waking up as Elaina says he's going to be fine, and she'll take care of him as she says she's his number 1 fan. Pooby asks where he is. Elaina says he's at her house and explains that he's in her house because he was in a bad car accident as he swerved out of the way because he saw an armadillo on the road, and ran into a telephone, which Elaina says she saw everything happen as she was following him because she's his number 1 fan. Pooby says he gets that and calls it a little weird as he asks why she didn't take him to a hospital. Elaina explains that the roads are closed down because of the armadillos as there's so many of them, but then says she's a nurse and she'll take good care of him as she touches his leg, causing Pooby to react in pain. Elaina says he broke both of his legs, but he'll recover in no time as long as he stays very still here at her house. Pooby asks if he can use his phone to call his family to let them know what happened, but Elaina says when he ran into the telephone pole, it knocked out all the cell service in the area, meaning they can't make any phone calls, but they can call his family as soon as it gets fixed and she'll drive him to a hospital as soon as the armadillos clear out. Pooby then says his legs hurt a lot, so Elaina says she has his pain pills as she administers them to Pooby, which she also gives him water as Pooby accidentally makes a mess. Elaina says she'll be right back as she leaves, telling Pooby to rest up. The video then cuts to the Red Couch, where Jeffy coughs. Marvin tells him to stop but Jeffy says he can't help it as he coughs again. Rose asks what if he has COVID, so Marvin asks Jeffy if he thinks he has COVID. Jeffy says he doesn't have it and calls it "Kung Flu", which Marvin tells Jeffy to not call it that as Rose tells Marvin that they should call a doctor. Marvin says he'll call a doctor as he leaves. The video then cuts to Elaina, coming in with Brooklyn Guy, saying "Hey there, somebody call a doctor" as she says she loves Brooklyn Guy as he's her favorite character and she's his number 1 fan, which Pooby says she said that multiple times as he asks where she got Brooklyn Guy. Elaina says she got him out of his car, as well as Cody, and the folder of video ideas. Pooby asks to put them back, but Elaina asks if she can have a few more minutes with them as they're the real ones and his hand's been in it as she sniffs Brooklyn Guy and says smells like Old Spice Fiji deodorant and Irish Spring soap. Pooby says that's spot on and she has a good nose as Elaina says she knows everything about him as she lists some details about him such as how he played Jorge the Drug Dealer and how Cody was his first character. Elaina says she also knows all his famous lines such as "He's not a doll, Joseph". Pooby says she's really a big fan, but Elaina says she's not a big fan; she's his number one fan as she asks if he hears her. Pooby says yikes to this as Elaina apologizes, saying she lost her temper and asks if she can read his video ideas as she needs to know what happens next and there's endless possibilities. Pooby tells her to go ahead, which makes Elaina excited as she thanks Pooby and leaves with the video ideas. Pooby then says "Get me the fuck out of here" as he tries lifting a leg but then reacts in pain as he says that's not happening. The video then cuts to Marvin asking where's the doctor as Jeffy's still coughing. Marvin says it's been 30 minutes, and the doctor hasn't showed up as he says he always shows up the minute he calls him. Marvin then says something's weird going on and he's going to call the cops as he leaves. The video then cuts to Elaina coming in, saying "Cody turns straight!?". Pooby says it's for one video as Elaina says no and slams the video ideas on Pooby's leg, saying if he makes Cody straight, it'll ruin his entire character as it's his entire personality and asks if he remembers when he made Joseph secretly rich as she says that ruined Joseph's character as he's supposed to be poor and asks what happens to Ken if he makes Cody straight. Pooby says he guess they're going to find out, but Elaina says no as she hits Pooby's leg. Elaina then says if he's going to ruin Cody's character, then he might as well get rid of him and burn him, and she then leaves.
Elaina then comes back with a grill, explain that she realized that God had her save him for a reason as she lifts the lid off, saying it's so that she could save Cody's character and make sure the video never gets made. Pooby asks what's she doing. Elaina says they're going to burn the Cody puppet, so he stays gay forever, which Pooby says not do that as they have plenty of Cody puppets and burning that one's not going to stop the video from being made. Elaina says they'll going to burn him as she lights a handheld torch, saying she knows he's the original one, but Pooby says that's not the original one. Elaina says that doesn't matter then as she was about to light Cody, but Pooby stops her, saying it is the original and begs to not burn him, asking what she wants. Elaina says there's nothing he can do, and they have to rid of the world of evil as she puts lighter fluid on Cody. Pooby begs for her to not do it, but Elaina says "Say goodbye to Cody" as she lights him, causing Cody to catch on fire, which Elaina gets shocked as she puts the lid on and leaves, taking the grill with her. Pooby says they have stunt doubles that look okay, just that it was "the one" as the video cuts to Simmons, asking if somebody called the cops. Marvin says he's not the cop who shows up, which Simmons says he knows, and Brooklyn Guy didn't show up for work. Rose says he wasn't a doctor either, which Simmons says it's weird as Brooklyn Guy always shows up for work. Marvin says he knows, and he usually shows up the minute they call him. Simmons says he's going to go look for him as he leaves while Marvin tells him to go look for him and see if he's okay. Marvin says it's weird, but Rose says Jeffy's stop coughing. The video then cuts to Elaina, asking Pooby how's he feeling. Pooby says she burned his Cody puppet, but Elaina says she didn't do that; he did by trying to make him straight, but then says she got him a surprise as she says she called the hospital, talked to the lead orthopedic surgeon, and they said he needs some exercise, so she got him a wheelchair. Pooby asks if the phone's working now, but Elaina says only one call went through, and when she talked to the hospital, they told her that she was going a good job, and they can't send an ambulance because of the armadillos. Elaina then asks Pooby why he doesn't get in his wheelchair, and they'll have some dinner as the video cuts to Pooby, rolling to the table. Elaina says she's glad his arm's feeling better as she says she DoorDashed Applebee's because it's Brooklyn Guy's favorite as she says "Right, Brooklyn Guy?", which she uses Brooklyn Guy and confirms it. Pooby says he does love Applebee's as Elaina tells him to say "it" in Brooklyn Guy's voice. Pooby does so while Elaina uses the Brooklyn Guy puppet, which Elaina gets excited as Pooby asks how they got through the armadillos. Elaina says it was a drone. Pooby says he didn't know they did that as Elaina asks if he would like some red wine, which Pooby says yes, so Elaina pours him a glass as Pooby then asks if she wants any Sriracha ketchup before he uses all of it. Elaina says no because she's allergic to Sriracha and ketchup. Pooby asks why she owns it then. Elaina says it's because it's his favorite. Pooby says it's good and asks if she said she's deathly allergic. Elaina says she is and she'll die as Pooby says some candles would make it perfect, which Elaina likes this as she then leaves feeling excited. Pooby then puts some of the Sriracha ketchup in Elaina's wine glass and mixes it in as Elaina then comes back with a candle and lights it, asking if it's alright. Pooby says it is and suggests making a toast for Cody staying gay. Elaina likes it as they make do a toast, but Elaina drops her glass, shocking Elaina as she says she ruined dinner. Pooby says she didn't as Elaina cleans the mess up. Pooby then says he thinks he just wants to go to bed as he's tired, so Elaina apologizes for ruining dinner as she then rolls Pooby out of the dining room. The video then cuts to Elaina, saying before he goes to bed, she read all his video ideas and they're really bad, so she was thinking that before he goes to bed, he could write her 100 new SML video ideas, which she says she got the best paper money can buy, but Pooby claims the paper's not going to work because it smudges as he explains that when you put it in the typewriter and press the keys, a big blob of ink shows up. Elaina says it's the best paper, but Pooby says he would need glossy typewriter paper. Elaina asks if there's anything else she gets as she hits him with the paper, which Pooby says the police, so Elaina says she'll go into town and get him his paper, but Pooby says he thought she said the roads are full of armadillos. Elaina says she lied, the phones work, and he's not leaving as she then leaves. Pooby says he's getting out as he rolls out of the room, grabs Brooklyn Guy and rolls to the front door where he sees it's locked. Pooby rolls to the phone and tries to call 911 where he finds the phone is not even plugged in, so Pooby rolls into the kitchen to grab a knife as he stashes it and rolls back to the typewriter as Elaina then comes in, saying she has his paper. Eliana then asks what's wrong as she notices he's perspiring and his color's all flushed. Pooby says she left him here with no painkillers, so Elaina says "Let's get you into bed and get you some more Tic-tac's".
Pooby says he knew they weren't painkillers as the video cuts to Pooby lying in bed. Elaina tells Pooby that she'll go get his pain medicine as she then leaves. Elaina then comes come with a mallet, telling Pooby that he's been a "dirty birdie". Pooby gets confused as Elaina says he's been snooping around while she was out getting him paper as she says his legs must be feeling better, but Pooby says they're still broken as he was in a wreck an hour ago. Elaina says she can't risk him escaping, but Pooby asks what's that for. Elaina says she'll make sure he stays with her permanently as she hits Pooby's legs with the mallet, causing Pooby a lot of pain as he says he hates her as Elaina then leaves. The video then cuts to Simmons, saying the car looks like Brooklyn Guy's, but he's not there as he points to the house, saying he's going to ask the people who live in it if they've seen him as he heads to the house. The video then cuts to Elaina coming in, saying "Hey brokey legs". Pooby flips Elaina off, which Elaina says he's such a "kidder" as she says it's time for his medicine, which Pooby likes this as Elaina pulls out a box of Tic Tac's, which Pooby tells her to get closer so she can give them to him. Elaina gets closer as Pooby says "A-ha!". Elaina says "Looking for this?" as she pulls out Pooby's knife, saying it's not very nice. Meanwhile, Simmons goes to the door and knocks on it, saying "Let's see who's home". Elaina hears the void and tells Pooby that they're going to get him out as she takes Pooby out of bed and puts him in his wheelchair as they then leave the room. Elaina then opens the garage door and pushes Pooby into it, which Elaina tells him to stay there as she closes the garage door and opens the front door to see Simmons. Elaina asks what he wants. Simmons says there's a car crash into the telephone pole and he was wondering if she's seen the driver. Elaina says she hasn't as Simmons asks if she minds him coming inside and snoop around. Elaina invites him in as she says there's nothing weird going on. Simmons asks if she's seen Pooby. Elaina says he's the voice actor who voices Brooklyn Guy and Cody as she says she's his number 1 fan. Simmons says that's not suspicious at all considering his's cars wrecked out front. Elaina tells Simmons to feel free to look around and she'll make him a cup of hot cocoa. Simmons likes that as he looks around in the kitchen and then the bedroom, where Elaina hands him his cup of hot cocoa. Simmons points to the shoes, saying they look like Pooby's shoes. Elaina says she's such a big fan of Pooby that she likes to wear the same shoes as she asks if he would like his hot cocoa. Simmons says no, he's going to get going as he tells her to hold on to it for it as he then leaves, where he hears Pooby, so he goes to the garage and opens the door to see Pooby, which he asks if it's him. Pooby says it is and there's a crazy girl in the house. Simmons says it's ok and he'll help him, but then gets shot by Elaina, who calls Pooby a "dirty birdy". Pooby gets shocked, saying she killed him, but Elaina says no, he did by making all that noise as she says both of them should die because more are going to come looking for him, but Pooby says no because he still has to make the video ideas, and he has a Brooklyn Guy idea that's good. Elaina asks really. Pooby says he does and she's going to love it, so Elaina says she can't wait to read the idea, which Pooby says "Yeah, me neither" as Elaina says then they'll both die. Pooby says ok as the video cuts to Pooby typing on the typewriter, which Pooby says he doesn't know what's he doing as Elaina comes in, asking if it's read. Pooby asks how about he tells her the idea. Elaina likes that as she sits down and Pooby says he was thinking they could do Brooklyn Guy's life story, which Elaina says she loves it. Pooby then explains it, which goes on for some time until Elaina points her gun at Pooby, saying it's time to die, but Pooby says he hasn't told her the best part, so Elaina asks what's the best part. Pooby says the best part is he goes to space, which Elaina gets shocked as she says he can't go to space, but Pooby says there's so many galaxies and aliens as Elaina says it's time to die, which Pooby says he had some great ideas on some notes, and he left them under the bed. Elaina asks if she can look, which Pooby says yes, so Elaina looks as Pooby picks up the typewriter and bashes her with it, killing her, which he says "Haha, die bitch" as he says he won, and Cody's going to be straight in the next video as he then gets out of the bed. The video then cuts to the Red Couch, where Marvin says he wonders if the cop ever found Brooklyn Guy as Pooby then crawls to the couch and Brooklyn Guy sits on it, saying "Hey there, did somebody call the doctor?". Marvin asks what's wrong with him. Brooklyn Guy says he broke his legs, but Marvin says he doesn't have any legs. Pooby says he means he did as he points to himself, which Marvin looks as Pooby says a crazy woman broke his legs.

Since Chris Netherton was chosen as the main subject of the video, it could also be based on Cara Ross, the 16-year-old SML fan who went to insane lengths just to try to date him. But it could also be based on people wanting and complaining about video ideas and the videos they have.
- This video is 20 minutes long, which makes it the first long video of October.
