Todd or simply Lil' T (formerly known as Toad) is a formerly-main, now minor character in SML. In Season 6 to mid-Season 8, he became Bowser Junior's best friend. As of late Season 8, he was later replaced by Cody, Joseph and Jeffy as Junior's main friends. Even though he doesn't hang out with Junior anymore on-screen, he still hangs out with him off-screen (as proven in "The Baseball Game!") even though Junior mainly hangs out with Cody, Joseph and Jeffy rather than him nowadays. In recent videos, he has a new look and says his nickname/rap label is MILK.
Toad also has a younger sister named Paulina, who was introduced in "Bowser Junior's Summer School". In mid-2017, Toad lost his status as a major character due to the demand for more Jeffy videos and is now a minor character who makes few appearances from time to time. Due to Nintendo sending a cease and desist, Toad was absent during the Human Puppet era up until the remake of Cool Cody where he was renamed to Lil' T.
History[]
Toad was born in the Mushroom Kingdom. He has a younger sister named Paulina. He was in Woody's Pet Shop for a while where Mr. Pig was also in. In Mario and Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures, he secretly worked for Bowser and was Mama Luigi's lawyer.
He was also once known as the world's best rapper along with his partner Ray Cheesy. Until the rapper J-FEE (Jeffy) was introduced in "Jeffy The Rapper!" and "Jeffy The Rapper 2", Toad had no rival in the rap industry.
Personality[]
Toad is friendly, outgoing, loud and eccentric yet unbelievably stupid and childish. Despite his friendliness, Toad is hated by everyone and is prone to violence and impulsivity. He can also come off as a jerk sometimes, as seen in several videos such as "Jeffy the Rapper!" and "Thank Ken?".

Bowser Junior[]
Before late Season 8, while Toad tends to be one of Bowser Junior's closest friends, he is a very bad influence on him. He always encourages him to do bad stuff which would often get Junior or someone else into trouble. This was in the older episodes. Later on, their friendship seemingly came to an end when Junior matured more and later moved on to hang out with Cody, Joseph, Jeffy and Richard Goodman whilst Toad would later lose his status as the main character as of mid-late 2017.
However, as of "The Baseball Game!", it was revealed that Junior and Toad are still friends with each other since they're on the same team. It's now implied that they still hang out quite often (albeit off-screen). Junior also still invites Toad to play Playtime. but there are times he acts rudely towards Junior, not having quite the same relationship they truly used to.

Chef Pee Pee[]
Although he doesn't hate Chef Pee Pee, Chef Pee Pee hates him because Toad stabbed Chef Pee Pee in his eyes in "Bowser's Cookies" with a knife, made him knock over Junior's cake in "Bowser Junior's Birthday Cake", bothering him when he lights up the firework in "Bowser's 4th Of July", annoying him when he try to put the horse in the oven in "Bowser's Salad Wrap". Plus, he constantly pesters Chef Pee Pee in some episodes. He even tried to strip Chef Pee Pee's shirt in "Chef Pee Pee's Birthday". This was in older episodes. In later episodes, he now hates Chef Pee Pee, as especially proven in "Chef Pee Pee's Cooking Sucks!".
Although, it seems that they became friends as of "Chef Pee Pee's Girlfriend!".

Black Yoshi[]
Even though Toad has shown to like Black Yoshi (even sexually at times), Black Yoshi hates Toad and he constantly kills him with his Glock 17. Toad usually interrupts Black Yoshi while he's playing Call of Duty. At very few times, Black Yoshi helps Toad.
Most of the time, Toad does something that Black Yoshi doesn't like to him which forces Black Yoshi to kill him, like in "Toad's Mistake 2", he played Black Yoshi's Call of Duty, "forcing" Black Yoshi to kill him with an aerial attack and a nuke.

Joseph[]
They have a slight rivalry together as Toad sometimes rivals about who's better at sports and Joseph rivals about who can make better raps. This rivalry seems to have died down when the two have interacted more.

Cody[]
Another friend of Toad who is a stereotypical nerd at school. They get along pretty well with each other. However, in "Cool Cody!", Toad didn't invite Cody to his party, because he's weird.

Jeffy (J-Fee)[]
When Jeffy's rap song became a hit, Toad became jealous and made a diss track song about how much Jeffy sucks compared to him. He also shot Jeffy, when they settled by the streetlight.
Their rivalry started again in "Jeffy The Rapper 2", where they each make a rap song, Jeffy rapping 'Wanna See My Pencil?' where Toad sings 'Twerk It, Shake It'. Eventually Toad wins, but Jeffy steals 10,000 dollars from him.

Paulina[]
Toad's little sister who for some unknown reason talks in a man's Brooklyn accent. Some people think that somehow their voices got swapped and Toad is supposed to sound like Paulina.
They get along excellently with each other, with Paulina even being willing to cheat for Toad in order for him to get an A, and even made out with each other in "Bowser Junior's Summer School 7".
Toad also tells people to stop hitting on her and called her "Babe" when she was first introduced, and it's shown they were incestuous when Paulina was last introduced.

Toad's ultimate enemy because he beat up him up in "Bowser Junior's Summer School" and because he is very mean.

Ray Cheesy[]
Ray Cheesy is Toad's rap partner, and one of the very few people prior to the Junior Era to see Toad as a friend rather than a nuisance. If not for Ray Cheesy's influence, Toad wouldn't be as massive of a hit rapper as he is to this day.

Shrek[]
Toad hates Shrek because Shrek killed him and put him in the toilet while he crapped on him. Toad also ate Shrek's cheesecake causing him to get shredded in the blender by Shrek in "Toad's Mistake 3".

He likes Bubbles because he told him all about jail and he also made a music video with him called "Party in the Tub".

Mario[]
Even though he usually likes Mario, Mario hates him because he got him arrested for beating up Black Yoshi. Mario was crueler to him in the early episodes. However, in the later episodes, Mario thinks about Toad and decides to be friends with him. As of now, they are currently good friends as their past as enemies is over.

Jorge the Drug Dealer[]
He and Jorge the Drug Dealer barely interacted but Toad does not seem to like him and joked that Jorge has a small Pee Pee, angering the drug dealer.

Mama Luigi[]
Mama Luigi hates him because in Toad's Mistake! (2017), he destroys Toad for touching his nickel. This includes hitting with a baseball bat down the stairs, throwing him into a hoop like a basketball, throwing a tennis ball at his head, drawing a mustache on his face, making him look mature, beating him with a crowbar, getting Mario to spank him, filling a pillow case with soap and beating the sh*t out of him, beating him with at toilet seat, burning his face with a stove-top, and finishing him off by exploding him with a microwave.

- As of mid-late 2017, Toad's prominence in the series has completely fallen off as with many of the characters he was introduced with. This is due to a combination of Junior and Jeffy being more popular among younger viewers and his role was stolen by Cody, Joseph, and Jeffy as Junior’s main friends. He now rarely appears, and it is unknown if he will regain his major status. Despite this, he maintains a loyal following among older fans, as well as those who got into SML during the Junior era and not much in the Jeffy era.
- Because of how he is now a minor character, Toad has appeared less in videos with him appearing only twice in 2018, and only three times in 2019.
- As confirmed by Logan in the SML Q&A, Toad will return sometime in 2020.
- Toad reappeared in the videos "The Baseball Game!" and "Mr. Chef Pee Pee Head!" from June and December 2020 respectively.
- Toad (as Lil' T) has appeared 5 times (physically) in 2021, possibly making him a common recurring character like how Shrek became a common recurring character in 2020.
- He appeared once in 2022, two times (physically) in 2023, and so far, 3 times (physically) in 2024.
- Some believe that Toad may have an "immortality" ability just like Kenny McCormick from South Park, due to coming back to life in the videos after he dies, which gives him a lot of ways to die.
- It is unclear whether Toad still lives with Mario. When he moved into the apartment, Toad was shown moving out of the old house with Mario. However, he shows up at the front door of the new house as if he does not live there in "Jeffy The Rapper 2", but the same happened with Shrek in "The Grinch!", so Toad most likely still lives with Mario, just like Shrek.
- Toad is no longer the unlucky person of SML. Mario and Chef Pee Pee have now replaced him.
- Over the course of the series Toad has shown to have become less smart. This could be because he is physically abused by almost every character on the show and everyone always keeps giving him hits to the head which could have caused him massive brain trauma.
- Toad likes to help people but his involvement in anything always ends up with people either killing him or beating him up senseless because of him being a major idiot and an annoyance, having more stupidity and dumbness than anyone else in SuperMarioLogan besides characters like Mama Luigi and Jeffy.
- Toad became a rapper thanks to Ray Cheesy and has starred in many different music videos featuring either Ray Cheesy or Bubbles.
- Toad loves milk and cookies and has even devoted a rap to it. Though he likes them he has no clue how to make cookies and usually burns them by setting the cookies to 550 degrees. This was shown in "Bowser's Cookies" where he was kind of helping Chef Pee Pee make cookies.
- Toad is the most hated person by everyone for different and many reasons. Mario hated him possibly because he helped Bowser a lot, got Mario arrested for an unknown reason, and went against him in court in Mario and Luigi's stupid and dumb adventures. Mama Luigi hates Toad because he touched his nickel in Toad's Mistake and refused to buy him lemonade. Black Yoshi hates Toad because he interrupts him in his game of Call of Duty and annoys and begs to him while he was playing Call of Duty. Shrek hates Toad because he ate his Doritos at the Super Bowl, and he also ate Shrek's cheesecake, which caused Shrek to kill him by putting him in the blender. Chef Pee Pee hated Toad because he annoys him and ruins his orders and stabbed him in the eye while making Bowser's cookies. He also likes to be gay around him, as seen in "Chef Pee Pee's Birthday", because he was in his underwear and tried to strip Chef Pee Pee's clothing off him.
- Toad has been hated by Mario (in most cases), Mama Luigi, Black Yoshi, Shrek, and Chef Pee Pee which means he has been hated throughout the World and The SuperMarioLogan Universe.
- Toad has the most amount of songs out of any SuperMarioLogan character.
- Toad had used to start his life of crime getting revenge on someone who pushed him to far, but now is best friends with Bowser Junior and his friends.
- Toad implies that he cuts himself when Ray Cheesy finds a knife in his room in "Toad Is Cool".
- Toad has had more separate character roles in Bowser Junior's Playtime videos than any other character; being a cop however has been his most common role.
- Even though Toad met Jeffy in "Bowser Junior's Nerf War!", it is unknown if he ever met Jeffy prior to the events of that episode.

- From 2008-2009, the plush formo ad was from the Mario Party 5 plush set by Sanei.

- In "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Episode 2", Toad mentions that his dad was a truck driver and an alcoholic, which, coupled with the many years (2008-2017) of severe maltreatment and trauma at the hands of nearly everyone around him, could explain why Toad has serious mental instability.
- He, Mario, Bowser, Black Yoshi, Mr. Goodman and Shrek are the only characters from the old era that are still in the show.
- He appeared in "Substitute Teacher!", but he did not speak because he was listening to Milk and Cookies.
- Out of all of Mario's roommates, Toad is the only one not played by Lance. Rather, he is played by Lovell (as of 2011), and was acted by Logan and Luke before Lovell's inclusion.
