Kenneth “Ken” Nutkiss is Cody's doll/homosexual boyfriend Cody actually believes that Ken is a real person, and has had sex multiple times with him.
Bowser Jr. and Joseph think Cody is weird and gay because he has sex with Ken multiple times. Cody often exhibits a little too much public affection for the doll as for example in Bowser Junior's Package, he can be seen on Facebook "bath time" with Ken with bubbles (implied cum) on his mouth and on Ken's genitals.
In Spoken, Ken had an alive puppet counterpart.
In The Ouija Board!, Ken had an alive evil counterpart.

- The Ken doll Cody originally bought is different from the one used in later videos. The Ken doll Cody brings along with him now is based on the Hawaiian Vacation Ken or Toy Story 3 Ken.
- In Bowser Junior's Fireworks!, he was attached to the fireworks and Bowser Junior, Cody, and Joseph thought he died but he survived.
- According to Bowser Junior's Game Night 2, Ken is Greek.
- In spite being a doll, there are several instances where Ken is shown to possibly be alive until it was fully confirmed in Spoken:
- In Bowser Junior's Game Night, when Cody loses in Operation, Ken's smile turns to a frown.
- In Bowser Junior's Train Table!, Ken cries at the thought of sharing Cody with Chadwick.
- In Bowser Junior's GoKart Race!, when Cody falls out the GoKart, Ken actually drives the Kart and wins.
- In Truth Or Dare!, when Ken apparently walks all the way to Bowser's apartment.
- In Bowser Junior's Lottery Ticket!, when Cody asks Ken what Ken would do with $1 Billion, Ken imagines shooting Cody with a gun. It is revealed that Ken hates Cody, likely because Cody uses him as a sex toy.
- In The Ouija Board! Ken comes to life, gets possessed and murders Cody, Chef Pee Pee, Joseph, and Bowser Junior.
- In Bowser Junior's Package, when Ken was "stealing" the package, he jumped for it and immediately took off his clothes.
- In Cody The Magician!, when Cody said "OH SEXY ASSISTANT!", He turned to Cody.
- In Black Yoshi The Assistant! Ken is seen rising from the background in the scene where Junior was talking to his friends.

- In Taken, Ken is shown to be sentient, as he calls Cody and moves under the bed.
