Katy Nutkiss is the younger twin sister of Cody by 12 seconds. She only appeared in "Cody's Sister!". Katy is dating a Barbie doll similar to how Cody is dating his Ken doll and has a thing for "models", just like Cody has a thing for "hunky dudes". Whenever someone asks Katy a question, she responds with an interesting fact. She also breathes very deeply just like Cody. In her debut video, "Cody's Sister", Bowser Junior and Joseph liked her until they found out she was just like Cody. She was the main character of "Cody's Sister", but despite that, she was blending into the background of the video.

Katy is similar to Cody, with a few notable differences. For once, her hat and shirt are both pink, still having the white, fluffy cuffs. She also has a black, white and pink handbag around her, as well as her purple necklace with a bow on the front.
She's also just as weird as Cody, having a Barbie doll as a girlfriend that's still in the box. She also sounds like she has snot in her nose.
