Juan is a Mexican man who first appeared in Brooklyn Guy Gets Fired! as a replacement for Brooklyn T. Guy after Brooklyn Guy was fired and later sent to The Forgotten Character Dungeon for having a complaint filed by a YouTube user, where it was later found out that there were many complaints from fans regarding his use, as well as his videos underperforming. He is a waiter that gave a hurt Marvin some enchiladas and he constantly kept saying "Hot plate?" and told Marvin an animated life story instead of curing his headache. This led to Brooklyn instantly returning in anger, saying that he shouldn't be fired because of a YouTube comment complaining about him tricking Jeffy in Jeffy's Voice Changer!.
He later appeared as Goodman's gardener in Goodman's Bodyguard!, where he trying to look for his hedge clippers, which Goodman sees him and kicks him out because according to Goodman, he's the gardener and he's supposed to be outside. Juan later comes back in after Goodman tells Chives to find any bodyguards he can think of as he's holding an audition, which Goodman notices and chucks his bag of chocolate at him, telling him "Fuck out!", causing Juan to leave.
