Synopsis[]
Joseph gets new parents!
Plot[]
When Jackie Chu collects permission slips from his students for a book, he notices Joseph's slip is blank. Joseph explains that he doesn't have any parents, so Jackie calls CPS. Their officer explains that he will need to be put in a foster home, but the nearest one is located across the country in Utah. Fearing for his life, he, Junior and Cody try to get help.
Junior and Cody try to get their parents/guardians to adopt him, but it doesn't work. Timmy comes over to return Cody's tape measurer, and Junior asks him if his parents can adopt Joseph. Hank initially refuses, but when he and Susanne find out he's black, they call back CPS and sign an adoption certificate before taking him to try out for sports.
Joseph tries out for football, but doesn't make the cut. Hank and Suzanne take him to a basketball court, and the coach puts him in a match against one of their players, Moose. Joseph loses, and Hank tears up the certificate. A disheartened Joseph shares the news, but Cody brings up a technicality: Hank didn't legally bind the certificate, and nobody else saw it. Therefore, Joseph is still legally adopted and can stay in Florida.

Errors[]
- Despite Junior said that Joseph can stay in his house sometime, in "Joseph Moves In!", Junior doesn’t allow Joseph to stay with him anymore due to his craziness. It could be possible he changed his mind, or Logan forgot since the video was released 6 years ago.
- When Hank says he's gonna "unadopt" Joseph, he tears up the adoption certificate. But it's impossible because in real life, adoption is irreversible, as Cody points out in the video.
