"Jeffy The Psychic!" is the 436th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis[]
Jeffy keeps having visions where he can predict the future!
Plot[]
The video begins with Mario calling Jeffy to go to school. He pulls up the blanket to find a page reading "Riddle: Santa Claus lands here" next to his giraffe saying that Santa Claus lands here. Mario goes to the fireplace and calls for Jeffy but realized that Jeffy is on the roof. Mario runs up to the roof to find Jeffy and they get into an argument. Jeffy declares that if he has to go to school he will jump off the roof. Mario says that Jeffy would never jump off the roof and Jeffy wanted to bet him $5. When Mario says if Jeffy jumps off the roof he will be grounded, he says ”literally” and leaps off of the roof. Mario immediately ends up downstairs (that's not logic but whatever) And says that he will call a doctor. Jeffy pictures the doctor giving Mario a 10 grand bill for wasting his time. Jeffy tells Mario not to call the doctor because he will charge a lot of money but Mario calls him anyway, saying that he has not been charged by him before.
Brooklyn T. Guy shows up as a doctor and thinks that Jeffy is dead when Mario told him but notices easily that he looks fine. He asks Jeffy if he is ok and he says he is ok. Mario wants him to double-check so Brooklyn Guy asks Jeffy a few questions and upon realizing that nothing is wrong, give Mario a $10,000 bill for wasting his time and for Mario to pay him right now. Mario decides to get a loan and in the meantime drops Jeffy off at school.
Jackie Chu talks about how there is no homework for the rest of the year because it stresses out kids and they only want to learn in school but upon bad behavior, he will erase the word no and there would be homework for the rest of the year. Bowser Junior and Cody decide to throw a ball between desks and Jeffy see when the clock gets hit, falls and hits the teacher in the head. Jeffy steps in the way of the desks and says that something bad will happen but that makes Cody throw the ball too high and hit the wall clock, and fall onto Jackie Chu’s head. This causes Jackie Chu to erase the "no" in "No homework for the rest of the year" and give all the students 100 pages of homework for the rest of the year. Bowser Junior, Cody and Jeffy all get into an argument about how the accident is Jeffy's fault because he stood in the way, making Cody throw the ball at the clock and that he is to blame here. But Jeffy insists that he was only trying to prevent it.
At home, Jeffy asks Mario to help him with his homework. Upon question, Jeffy tells him that some kid threw a ball at the clock and the clock hit the teacher in the head. Mario thinks the kid was Jeffy but he insists it was Cody not him. Jeffy says that he is not doing something bad and Mario says he will order pizza. Jeffy pictures the pizza being dropped by Brooklyn T. Guy and shows up at the door as a Brooklyn Guy hands over the pizza and knocks over the pizza. Mario decides that Jeffy no longer deserves pizza and had to eat green beans. Jeffy pictures him throwing the green beans at the wall, Which causes Mario to get Really angry and, knowing it made sense, did it anyway. Mario sent Jeffy to his room but Jeffy says he can still play Fortnite but Mario takes the TV. Jeffy pictures the TV falling off the balcony and tries to stop it from happening but ends up pushing it off the balcony. Mario then decides to call the police on Jeffy.
Brooklyn T. Guy shows up as a police officer and gets confused when Mario wants him to do a talking-to. He tells Mario that he is the parent and should do it, Mario tells Brooklyn T. Guy that Jeffy does not listen and may listen to the police officer. Brooklyn Guy says his time has been wasted. He was a doctor for someone who wasn’t hurt, delivered a pizza which was dropped onto the ground and now giving someone a talking to, but then tells Jeffy that he shouldn’t do the bad thing he did. Jeffy then predicts him shooting Mario in the leg with a gun. Mario does not believe him and turns to see Brooklyn Guy with a gun pointing to the ceiling saying there was a fly he needed to kill. It went near Mario’s leg and shot him. He turned into a doctor and bandages Mario’s leg. Then Mario starts getting suspicious about how Jeffy can predict the future but Brooklyn Guy doesn't believe him. Now Jeffy predicts him hitting him in the head with a bat. Brooklyn Guy says there is a bat flying around in the room and needs to kill it, so he grabs a baseball bat and says that it is his bat, which is what he uses to kill bad bats but not good bats so it’s his bad bat. He hits the bat with his bat but hits Jeffy in the head like promised, likely loosing his powers of predicting. Jeffy gets up and Mario tells Brooklyn Guy to check on him. He asked a few questions and gave him a bill for 10 grand for wasting his time and Mario can pay him right now and the video ends.

Trivia[]
- This is the sixth time a TV was broken in the video. The first being "The Cat in the Hat", the second being "Jeffy's Tantrum!", the third being "Bowser Junior's 9th Birthday!", the fourth being "Jeffy Plays Fortnite!", and the fifth being "Jeffy Gets Hypnotized!".
- This is the second time that Cody betrays Jeffy and also the third time Junior betrayed Jeffy.
- This video was uploaded on Lovell's 24th birthday.
- This was also uploaded two years after "Jeffy Loses His Pencil!" and thirteen years after Mother 3 was released in Japan.
- This is the fourth time that Jeffy destroys a TV, the first being in "Jeffy's Tantrum!", the second being "Jeffy Plays Fortnite", and the third being in "Jeffy Gets Hypnotized!".
- This is the second time that Brooklyn T. Guy breaks the fourth wall in terms of something related to SML Jeffy Merchandise, the first being in "Jeffy Gets Chicken Pox!".
- Because Jeffy is blamed by everybody, this video was panned by fans alike, due to the mean-spirited tone and because Brooklyn Guy, Junior and Cody were considered rude by many people, especially Brooklyn Guy.
- If you look closely when Mario was taking away the TV, you can see that Pablo was helping carry the TV as his hands could be seen holding it, this is because Logan wouldn’t be able to do it by himself since he holds the camera.
- Brooklyn T. Guy eating a pepperoni is a reference to a case of a Russian pizza delivery man being seen eating the toppings off a delivery.
- Despite Mario not being able to pay his house payments, he managed to pay Brooklyn Guy at least $10,000 for wasting his time.
References[]
- The video has a ton of comparisons to TV Shows or Movies that have a similar plot.
- The entire plot of the episode bears similarities to the 2003 TV Series from Disney Channel, That's So Raven. The scenes where Jeffy has a vision also come from that show.
- This could also be based on the 2000 movie Final Destination where a teenager named Alex and his friends go on a field trip to Paris but Alex has a vision of the plane crashing.
- Jeffy gaining psychic powers by jumping off the roof is most likely a reference to the South Park episode, "Cartman's Incredible Gift", wherein the episode, Cartman also gains psychic powers by jumping off a roof.
- When Mario tells jeffy when he called down the roof and Brooklyn guy comes in. Mario says “no more monkeys jumping on the bed” as a reference to the nursery rhyme Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed.
Errors[]
- Jeffy was excited that he and Mario were getting pizza, however, after Jeffy has his vision, he sees that the pizza is pepperoni when it falls. This wouldn't make sense because of Jeffy states in "Jeffy Gets Chicken Pox!" that he dislikes pepperoni pizza and likes cheese pizza. However, Lance or Logan probably just forgot about this fact or Jeffy may have changed his opinion.
- When Jeffy had a vision of him getting hit in the head with Brooklyn T. Guy's bat, he could have easily moved out of the way.
- Cody usually likes doing homework. However, its possible he just didn't want to do 100 pages of Homework.
- The Game Room isn't far from the front door so it is unknown why Jeffy took too long to stop Mario. This likely happened just for the sake of the plot.
