"Jeffy Competes In The Olympics!" is the 1,026th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis[]
Jeffy competes in the Olympics!
Plot[]
Jeffy enters the living room with his Bubble Blaster, annoying Marvin by making lewd commentary while playing with it. Rose then redirects Marvin's attention to the news, with Goodman announcing that the 2024 Paris Olympics are underway. Rose states she always wondered what it would be like to be in (or at) the Olympics, with Jeffy asking if there's an Olympics for shooting Bubbles in peoples faces, again subjecting Marvin to the Bubble Blaster. Irritated, Marvin replies the only Olympics Jeffy would qualify for is the Special Olympics. Rose is appalled by Marvin's comment, but Jeffy himself is actually inspired, riding the blaster out of the room to go and try out.
Junior and his friends are seen in the playroom with Cody showing them a card game called "Chicken and a Hot Dog" (really just an excuse for Cody be perverted), when Jeffy enters to inform them of the Special Olympics he's intending to compete in. Junior and Joseph are confused, so Cody explains that the Special Olympics/Paralympics are Olympics organized for handicapped people. Junior and Joseph take this as an opportunity to fake being handicapped so they can compete against actual handicapped people and win, which Cody points out would be cheating. They then choose to record themselves doing dangerous stunts to make it look real, Junior falling down the stairs and Joseph falling off the roof, which is pointed out as something that really could injure them but at the same time really would qualify them as handicaps. With Cody wearing glasses being confused for blindness, and Jeffy being "artistic", Junior and Joseph set their plan into action to join the other two.
The next scene has Joseph in a full body cast and Junior with a broken leg and crutched, Brooklyn Guy now in the room with them asking why they would do what they did. Junior answers they were trying to fake injuries to join the Paralympics, resulting in them getting injured for real. Brooklyn Guy actually takes to Juniors notion, deciding to enlist the four boys (and subsequently getting a 5th one with cancer) to create a large enough team to take to the Olympics and possibly win gold medals. With the plan now realized, the crew set off to Paris.
With the team now in a Parisian basketball court (and the cancer kid having since joined them), Steve Staleburger announces the start of the 2024 Paris Olympics, as well as the opposing team. Said lineup includes Lebron James, Steph Curry, Nikola Jokić, Luka Dončić, and Caitlin Clark. Brooklyn Guy rushes over to Steve, demanding to know why they're going up against actual superstars instead of other disabled people, Steve answering that this is the Paris Olympics, with the Paralympics scheduled for next week. Brooklyn realizes his mistake, but asks again why they'd let kids compete against them, Steve then letting him know no one else wanted to do so. Defeated, Brooklyn heads back to his team and lets them know they will very likely lose, but tells them to try anyway. The Basketball game starts and, unsurprisingly, the Superstars start to own the game. This gets to the point of the cancer kid being kicked by one of the professionals, causing Brooklyn to forfeit his team cause of just how cruel that move was, of course giving the other team the victory and the gold medals.
The next event is the 100m freestyle swim, with the new opponent being Michael Phelps. If it weren't enough that they're still letting trained professionals compete agains disabled kids, all of the members of team Brooklyn have reasons they can't event participate in this round (Junior being in a crutch, Cody forgetting his goggles, and Jeffy simply clucks like a chicken). Joseph being in a full body cast means he can't speak on his own behalf, making him the unfortunate one to face off against Phelps by default. As expected between an expert and a paralyzed person, Phelps quickly swims his way to victory while Joseph is pushed into the pool with nothing to do but drown. Phelps wins a gold medal while team Brooklyn loses another round.
The final event has them at a racetrack, trying to beat (or at least not trail far behind) Usain Bolt in a 100m dash. While Junior and Cody are unable to compete yet again, Cancer Kid actually takes up the challenge and reason his wheelchair will enable him to race, Brooklyn Guy agreeing and telling Jeffy to join him. The race begins and Bolt sets off leaving Cancer Kid and Jeffy in the dust, the formers wheels locking up and the later paying no attention to what's going on. Brooklyn scolds Jeffy over this and tells him to get his head in the game, and against all odds, Jeffy actually manages to catch up from all the way behind to tie with him at the finish line. With that, Bolt and Jeffy are granted gold medals, which in turn means team Brooklyn won't exit the games empty handed after all.
Back in the playroom, Brooklyn congratulates the kids for competing and specifically Jeffy for actually winning a medal since that's what they set out to do in the first place (specifying it's his and his alone), though the celebration is dampened when Cody points out that Joseph was left in the pool.
