- This is Rosalina's first appearance since "Jeffy Has Kids!" and the first appearance in 2018. The explanation given for her extended absence is that the line at the Chinese restaurant was extremely long, the real reason being that her voice actress, Elaina Keyes, was in college, and presumably only just got out for summer break.
- This is the fourth "Body Switch" video. The first video was "Switching Bodies!", the second video was "Life Is Ruff!" and the third video was "1 2 Switch Bodies!".
- This is the first "Body Switch" video not to star Bowser Junior.
- The fortune that Mario read while in Jeffy's body translates to, "Did I tell you that you had dinner?"
- This episode appears to be a parody of the movie "Freaky Friday", in which a mother and her daughter switch bodies after eating fortune cookies.
Errors
- At 9:54, Brooklyn T. Guy can be seen on the left.
- In Jeffy's Brain!, Rosalina became vegetarian, but she was eating pepperoni pizza in this episode.
- However, it is not 100% confirmed that she ate.
- Also, it may have just been a joke for her being vegetarian, but in truth, she can eat meat.
- When Jeffy was about to juggle hammers without his helmet on, Rosalina took Mario's side instead of Jeffy's, which is odd since Rosalina usually defends Jeffy when Mario yells at him.
- However, it could be that Rosalina sees that Mario has a point about Jeffy's bad behavior, so she just doesn't want Jeffy to get hurt.
