"Jeffy's Sister Returns!" is the 395th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis
Jeffy had a sister!
Plot
The episode begins with Mario sitting on the couch, and then getting angry at Jeffy for spilling fruit loops on the couch. Jeffy says it was someone with a yellow shirt and a blue helmet that made the mess. Mario thinks it's him, but Patrick seems to be cosplaying Jeffy and he was the one that made the mess. Patrick leaves and Mario tells Jeffy to clean up Patrick's mess. Jeffy gets mad at him and Mario's and grounds him for throwing Fruit Loops at him, and then Patrick comes back and ask Mario who invented the alphabet. Mario gets Patrick away from him by telling him to get him a pair of scissors from downstairs. Mario then grounds ground Jeffy for 2 weeks because he swore. Patrick comes back with the scissors and cuts off some of his hair. The doorbell rings and Mario goes to answer it.
Feebee is at the door, and Mario tells her to go away and that she is imaginary. Feebee then does go away. Mario goes back upstairs to find that Patrick is still cutting his hair. Then he tries to cut off his nose, and he does (Thank god this is a puppet show...)
this then turns into a sequence of Patrick continuously cutting off parts of his body and Feebee continuously answering the door while riding on her toy donkey. Brooklyn guy also shows up, but then leave shortly after due to Mario mistakenly insulting him.
Then Jeffy let's Feebee in the house when Mario is not looking. Mario since it's a new rule that Jeffy and Feebee cannot wear their helmets inside the house. Mario tries to take Feebee's helmet off, but Jeffy strangles him and make sure that her helmet stays on.
Jeffy then wakes up to show that the first half of this episode was all-in Jeffy's dream. Mario comes in to jeffy's room and Jeffy tells Mario about how he had another dream about Feebee. Mario does not believe him, but after a long argument, Mario decides to call a doctor to get to the bottom of this.
Brooklyn guy says it better be important because he called him here at 3 in the morning. Mario tells Brooklyn guy the situation, but then he tells Mario that Feebee is actually real. Jeffy then tells Mario of what happened. But before Jeffy can, Brooklyn Guys phone goes off, and says that his grandmother just send him nudes. he disgustingly saves the picture to look at for later.
The episode then cuts to a flashback 3 years ago, showing jeffy's mother watching Jacques Pierre François reveal a "masterpiece" which is literally just a game of hangman where the word is fart.
Jeffy and Feebee then ask their mother if they can go and ride bikes. Nancy doesn't even care but asked Phoebe for her helmet as an ashtray. They head outside and Feebee gets on her bike.
Jeffy gives FeeBee a push on the bike, but she does not know how to stop which results in her getting hit by a car and dying.
Back in the present, Jeffy said that he makes sure to always wear his helmet ever since,and that Feebee always wanted to be a tree. Mario questions why she wanted to, but Jeffy responds that she is laying in the ground. The episode then fades to black with sad music playing in the background.

- This is the 2nd appearance of Feebee
- It is revealed that Feebee is dead.
- This is Brooklyn T. Guy's 7th appearance in a row.
- The Truck that ran over Feebee looks just like the one that Woody drives. This could mean that Woody is responsible for Feebee's death.
- The bike used and seen in this video was the same bike that was from Jeffy's Bike!.
- This Nancy's second appearance; the first was the video, "Jeffy's Parents!".
- All of the characters in this video except for Mario, Jeffy, and Brooklyn T. Guy do not appear in real time and only appear in a dream or flashback, or was mentioned.
- Instead of being voiced by Elaina Keyes like in "Jeffy's Sister!", Feebee is voiced by Chilly Jimenez in this video. This also explains why Feebee's voices sounds different.

- This video marks the second appearance for all three overall. Third for Jacques Pierre François if you count his photo in "Jeffy's Parents!".

- The line "she's sleeping in the ground" may be a reference to when in Super Mario Galaxy, Rosalina said her mother "was sleeping under the tree"

Errors
- During the flashback, Jeffy had his name on his shirt, despite the fact it wasn't written until Nancy dropped Jeffy off at the apartment.
- Goodman is shown to be wearing his elephant asshole suit in the flashback. This was long before he ever bought it and showed it off to Mario in "Black Yoshi's Scam!"
