"Jeffy's Permission Slip!" is the 634th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis[]
Jeffy wants to go to the pizza party!
Plot[]
At Y U Dumb Elementary, Jackie Chu announces that his class is having their first pizza party of the school year. Chu says that if the grades are good, then their parents can sign permission slips in order to attend. If the grades were bad, then Chu would force the student to sit in the closet, study hard and miss out on the pizza party. At home, Jeffy shows his permission slip to Marvin and Rose. However, Jeffy's excitement was dashed when Rose finds out that he already has all F's and Marvin calls the whole thing "horseshit" and considers going against signing the permission slip. Shortly after, he refuses to sign the permission slip, causing Jeffy to try to get him to sign it in various ways including, faking his death, pretending to be a mailman and asking Marvin to sign it while he’s asleep, which works. The next day Jeffy goes to school, and he gives Jackie Chu the permission slip, and he doesn’t believe Marvin signed it so he decides to call him, but his phone is dead, so Junior and Jeffy send Cody to get Marvin’s phone, so Jackie Chu thinks Marvin signed it. Cody makes it to The House and makes several excuses to get his phone, and when he gets it, Marvin chases him down the street, while this is happening Cody calls Jackie Chu to tell him Marvin did sign it. The video ends with Jeffy and Junior eating pizza.

Trivia[]
- This episode was uploaded a year after "Jeffy and Junior Sneak to Disney World!", and two years after "Mr. Goodman's Credit Card!".
- Brooklyn T Guy telling Mario what happened saying "Jeffy got hit by car" as a callback to "Jeffy Gets Ran Over!".
- Also, the third time an SML character got ran over. The first two being "Jeffy's Shirt!" and "Jeffy Gets Ran Over!".
- At 4:38, Jeffy was paying homage to Mr. Corndog.
- This is one of the rare times that Cody interacts with both Marvin and Rose.
- The BTS of this video was reuploaded due to offensive material. As a result, everything that was related to offensive material was bleeped out.
- The SML Question was the same one from "The Pizza Delivery!".
- The permission slip says: "Dear Parents, Our class will be having a pizza party tommorow. Only sign if you have seen your child's grades and approve them attending the pizza party."
- At 3:40, the doctor sound is actually a video.
- When Brooklyn asks Marvin who would win between Superman and Goku, this alludes to Death Battle which Goku fought Superman twice.

- At 6:50, Junior mentions "Well when 2 pepperonis love each other very much, they make love and they have baby pepperonis". This is a reference to one of Jeffy's math laws, where Mommy 2 and Daddy 2 love each other very much, and they make a Baby 2.
Errors[]
- It is unknown how Jackie Chu didn't recognize Cody's voice when he called Marvin as he heard Cody multiple times. Along with that, it is possible of hearing Marvin’s voice before as well, although he may have forgotten.
- At 10:01, Marvin’s screaming is out of sync, at 10:05, 9:49, 9:54, 9:36 9:36, 9:40, and 9:46. It’s possible that his voice had been pre-recorded and then inserted into the scene.
- It is unknown why Jeffy couldn't just ask Rose to sign his permission slip, or why she didn't offer to do so.
