"Jeffy's Mad Cow Disease!" is the 946th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis[]
Jeffy gets mad cow disease!
Plot[]
At the McDonald's factory, butcher Mr. Guy forces a cow to get into the blender to be processed into beef. The cow protests but is soon slaughtered regardless. Another cow shows up, but has red eyes since it is infected with mad cow disease. Mr. Guy tries to incinerate it instead, but Goodman demands that it be processed anyway. Later that night, Marvin gets Jeffy McDonald's for dinner. Jeffy eats his Big Mac, but his eyes turn red Jeffy goes berserk. After finding him breaking a hole into a wall, Marvin restrains and puts him in a straight jacket, then immediately calls a doctor to get him diagnosed.
The doctor, Brooklyn Guy, believes that Jeffy contracted mad cow disease from eating an infected patty. He alerts the news of the outbreak, getting the attention of McDonald's CEO Ronald McDonald. His manager Steve advises him to handle the matter privately with the Food and Drug Administration, but Ronald ignores him and makes a live public statement on the news while drunk.
After Ronald speaks to the public, Brooklyn brings a live cow to Marvin's house. He tries to make him happy with jokes. Brooklyn manages to make him laugh as hard as he can, before Jeffy devours him and is cured instantly. After Brooklyn leaves, Steve visits Marvin and Jeffy to give them a small compensation of $100.00 for the whole incident, which Jeffy takes for himself and justifies that he was the one suffered the entire time.

- This is Mr. Guy's first appearance in 2024 and his first appearance since "Brooklyn Guy's Dad!".
- This the first time Marvin feeds Jeffy green beans in 2024.
- This episode is based off of an incurable rare prion disease that infects cows that can also spread to humans, similar to a disease named Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD).
- This episode was uploaded 12 years after "SMAS" and 16 years after "Mario and Tony: What Is Better?" and "American Idol Mario Edition. Episode 1".
- When Brooklyn Guy eats cold McDonald's French fries, it is a callback to "The Funeral!".
- Based off the behind the scenes footage, Tuna Fish Terry was originally gonna appear in the videos opening scene but that role ended up being filled by Mr. Goodman instead.
- Had Tuna Fish Terry being retained, this would have been his first appearance in 2024 and his first appearance since "The Dance Marathon!".
- Marvin does an impression of Duggie saying "But I'm so hungry!"
- This is the first of a few things of Ronald McDonald:
- His first appearance when he is the only mascot starring in a movie.
- His first appearance when he was not shown in the thumbnail.
- Ronald McDonald's appearance has slightly updated in this episode there is red around the end of his face.
- In a way, this video predicted the future, because just 9 months after this video, McDonald's burgers actually began causing a disease, but instead of Mad Cow Disease, it was E-Coli, which was spoofed in "The Burger Problem!'.
- This video builds continuity from "Stinken", because Brooklyn Guy said he would talk about MadEyes McGee in the next video, which would be this one.
Errors[]
- In the thumbnail the red eyes are semicircles, but in the video the red eyes are full circles.
- Also in the thumbnail, the background is on a farm. But a farm is never present in the video.
- During the scene where Jeffy was breaking the wall, both of his mad eyes falls off as he shouts, "Fuck this wall!".
- The blue wall can be seen when the camera moves to the top during the processing plant scene.
- Nicktendo was not credited in description despite his animation appearing in video.
- Mad Cow Disease is almost non-existent in The United States because more than 95% of cases occur in The United Kingdom and less than 5% in countries outside The U.K. Only 6 cases of Mad Cow Disease have been recorded in The U.S.
