Synopsis[]
Jeffy listens to his happy song!
Plot[]
Jackie Chu is finishing a lesson about rocks as he says "So class that's all types of rocks, besides Crack, don't do that". He then tells them to make sure that they do their math homework that is on their desk. Junior and Joseph express their disappointment, but Cody is excited about the homework as he tells his friends that homework is fun as he claims it's a fun way to remind them that they have school tomorrow, but Junior and Joseph didn't like him saying that as they then tell him to jump off a bridge. Jeffy then says "I don't want to do stupid. dumb, homework" in a disappointed tone as he grabs his homework, and leaves.
At the red couch, Jeffy comes in and makes a loud grunt. Marvin asks him how school went. Jeffy tells him that it "freaking sucked" since they gave him homework to do, and that he didn't plan on doing it. Marvin tells him that if he didn't do his homework, he'd fail, which Jeffy responds with contentment, saying "I don't give a fuck, shit". Marvin then tells Jeffy that if he did his homework, he would get him a $10 dollar toy, but then raises it up to $20 at Jeffy's request. Jeffy then goes to do his homework, after saying "Yes!" to himself. Rose then asks Marvin why he would do that, and Marvin tells her that he was practicing a new method, the Banana Monkey method. He explains to Rose that the Banana Monkey method was a way for him to keep having Jeffy do good things. Jeffy comes back into the room, with his homework complete. Marvin then tries to switch up the deal, telling him that he would buy Jeffy his toy after his homework is graded. Jeffy is furious and demands to have his toy right this moment. Marvin then gives in and tells Jeffy to get in the car.
At Target, Jeffy notices the Paw Patrol Super Loop Tower HQ toy, which he says to himself "Oh yes they have it, the Paw Patrol Super Loop Tower HQ toy, wasn't supposed to be out till next week, they're early". Jeffy then tells Marvin that he wanted it, but Marvin refuses because the toy costs $100, and he told him $20. He tries to persuade Jeffy to get a cheaper toy, but Jeffy refuses to get anything that isn't the Paw Patrol Super Loop Tower HQ toy. Jeffy then threatens to scream loudly. Marvin tells him not to, but he does anyway.
Back at the red couch, Marvin arrives with Jeffy, who was currently crying. Rose asks what was going on, and Marvin tells her what happened at Target. In an attempt to calm Jeffy down, he asks him if he wanted to watch Cocomelon. Jeffy tells him that he does, and Marvin turns in on. A song called The Happy Song starts to play, and the song calms the entire family down. Marvin then goes to check Jeffy's homework, which he checks it, and sees that Jeffy wrote something bad on it, which he yells, calling for Jeffy. Jeffy then comes in, saying "What Daddy?". Marvin tells him that he's so grounded for the answers on his homework but Jeffy says "What, all I put was I don't give a fuck, bitch, shit", which makes Marvin angry as he says he's so grounded, that he's going to hit him but Rose tells Marvin to turn the video back on, which Marvin agrees as he says he needs to be happy as he turns the TV back on. After the Happy song again, Marvin tells Jeffy that he's no longer angry about the homework, and he would be really, really, happy if he puts some white out on it, and redo it. He then asks Rose "We have white out, right?", which Rose confirms by saying "mhm". Marvin then tells her to go grab it as he tells Jeffy to do his homework again, which Jeffy says "Yes Father", but then the doorbell rings, which Marvin proceeds to go get it as he says "There's someone at the door, but I'm happy.
At the front door, Marvin opens it to reveal that it's Mr. Goodman and Chives. Goodman says that Chives hit a raccoon on the way, and he made him skin it, gut it, and eat it, and he got a free hat but Chives says he feels sick as he was about to throw up but Goodman tells him not to throw up because if he did throw up, then he would make him lick it up, and then tells him "Maybe you shouldn't eat raccoons and drive like a old, blind, bastard" as Chives was holding his mouth shut, but Chives tells him "I didn't want to eat the raccoon, you made me, and you also made me drive blindfolded". Goodman then tells him that he should know the streets but Chives tells him he didn't know that there was going to be a raccoon that ran out in the middle of the road, which Goodman then tells him that it's a Tesla but Chives gives Goodman a attitude as he yells out "Yes, Sir!" but Goodman hits him and tells him to watch his tone. Goodman then faces Marvin as he says "Now, there's someone who owes me house payment money, and I think he should pay up", and then tells him to "give me have-it" as he starts opening and closing his hand to indicate that he want's Marvin's house payment money. Marvin tells him that he doesn't have it, which pisses Goodman off as he threatens to kill Chives as he puts him into a choke hold as he says "I'm going to snap his neck right now", which Marvin asks if he is going to kill his own butler, which Goodman says yes but tells him that he's going to have to live with the guilt, but Marvin asks him "Wait, you're not going to live with the guilt that you killed your butler?", which Goodman responds with "No, you think this is the first Butler I've killed? It's not" as he released Chives, which Chives then says "I miss Steven". Marvin tells Goodman that he just don't have the money, and he can maybe give it next week or the week after but gets interrupted by Goodman, pulling a gun to Chives as he says "Next week? Next week doesn't work for me!" as he then says "I'm going to blow his brains out and it's going to be your fault", which Marvin says that it's going to be his fault, and then tells him to give him until tomorrow for the payment but Goodman says "I want it now or else Chives, his brains are going to be all over your front doorstep". Chives then asks why he's going to kill him and not Marvin, which Goodman tells him that he can't pay him if he's dead, which Chives then says "Pay your damn bills!". Marvin then says he thinks he has the house payment in his couch, which shocks Goodman as he says "It's on your couch? It's a miracle as soon as I pull out a gun, you magically have the money", which Marvin then says "Yeah yeah, it's upstairs" and then goes in as Goodman comes in, with his gun still pointed at Chives.
At the red couch, Goodman asks where's the money but Marvin points out that if he pulled the trigger, the bullet would go through Chive's head, and then intro yours, which Goodman thanks Marvin for pointing it out as he points the gun to Chives chin while Chives says "You idiot! I was gonna move out of the way". Marvin then says he has his money underneath the couch cushion, and then says he's going to turn on a video for him while he's grabbing the money, which Goodman simply says "Okay" as Marvin turns the TV on to the Happy song. After the Happy song, Goodman tells Marvin "Marvin, what am I doing, your house payment's not worth me taking a life over", and then says "You know what, I'll come by next week, and get it", which Chives tells him "It's ok, you can take my life away, I'm happy now" but Goodman tells him "No Chives, it's okay, you know what, when we get home, I'll let you use the toilet instead of the litterbox", which makes Chives happy as they leave, which Goodman tells him that he'll see him later. Marvin then gets excited as he says that he knew that song was going to work so he didn't have to pay his house payment. Rose then comes in with Jeffy, which Rose says "Alright Marvin, I helped Jeffy with his homework" as she shows him Jeffy's homework that is now completed. Jeffy then says "And by help me with my homework, she means she did it for me". Marvin then says that as long as his homework is done and he's going to pass, that's all he cares about, but Jeffy starts making police car sounds as he plays with his new toy, which Marvin says that he is being kind of annoying, but he isn't going to get mad until suddenly, Jeffy shoots him with his projectile launcher from his toy, which makes Marvin mad as he grabs Jeffy's toy, but Rose tells him to stop it, and put the song on, which Marvin proceeds to do that, but then the doorbell rings, which Marvin gets it, saying "Oh, there's someone at the door" in a mad tone.
At the front door, Marvin opens it to reveal that it's Brooklyn Guy, who has a mad look on his face, which Marvin asks about that, which Brooklyn Guy tells him that he doesn't like shoplifters, and says he's looking at one, which Marvin says he's not a shoplifter, but Brooklyn Guy asks him "Well you were at Target today, right?", which Marvin tells him yes and he bought something and he didn't steal but Brooklyn Guy tells him to "explain this" as he shows a Paw Patrol box with the figures missing, and asks "Where the puppies?", which Marvin tells him he doesn't know but Brooklyn Guy says he knows as he explains that his son, Jeffy, pulled all the puppies from the box, and stuffed them in his diaper, and his shirt. Marvin was shocked about this as he apologizes for this and says he will pay, but Brooklyn Guy says that it's a serious crime as he explains that there was a study that found that shoplifting is a "gateway crime" to murder because if people think they can just take things, then they start taking lives and then says "It's this and then you start beheading people", which Marvin tells him that he is just mad as him but Brooklyn Guy says he isn't mad because he doesn't have his mad eyelids on like, and then tells him to look at him as he says he's "gwumpy" and "angy". Marvin then says he has the perfect fix as he tells him to go upstairs, which the both proceed to go upstairs.
Back at the red couch, Jeffy says "Well look at that, the usual suspect" as he was playing with Zuma and his Chase Paw Patrol car toy, but then hears Marvin yell his name again, causing him to stuff Zuma into his diaper. Marvin asks him if he stole Paw Patrol toys from Target, which Jeffy says no, but Brooklyn Guy doesn't believe it as he says they are in his diaper and shirt, but Jeffy says that they're not as Brooklyn Guy goes to him, which Jeffy says "Don't you touch me" but Brooklyn Guy says "I'm allowed to touch you" as he lifts up his shirt and diaper, revealing the Paw Patrol toys that he stuffed in there, which Brooklyn Guy says "Look at all this, look at all this shit" but Jeffy tells him those aren't his. This shocks Marvin as he asks Jeffy "Woah, you really stole all those things from Target?", which Jeffy says no to again, but Brooklyn Guy, still not believing Jeffy, says "Looks like you're going to jail" but Marvin tells him before he arrests Jeffy, he's going to play a video that he think will cheer him up, but when he goes to play it, it shows the "Video unavailable" screen, which shocks Marvin as he says that it can't be happening but Brooklyn Guy askes "What are we watching, is this like a podcast because I don't care", which Marvin tells him it's a song but Brooklyn Guy says he hates when people try to introduce him into new music as he says "I like what I like". Marvin tells him it's the Happy song, but he thinks its the song by Pharrell Williams as he says "Oh, I hate that song, I have Pharrell Williams" but Marvin tells him that it's a different song that talks about being happy and stuff. Brooklyn Guy then says "While you do that, I'm going to arrest Jeffy" but Jeffy says "No father, I know the words" as he tries singing it, but then sings it in a high pitch voice, only for it to fail as Brooklyn Guy thinks Jeffy is happy that he shoplifted, which Marvin tries telling him that it's a different song, but Brooklyn Guy doesn't listen as he says "Now you're really going to jail" as he takes Jeffy, which Jeffy continues to sing it as he leaves. Marvin then questions why they would delete the video.

Errors[]
- Starting from 9:13, Chris' chin could be seen while Brooklyn Guy is looking for Paw Patrol toys that were hidden under Jeffy's clothes.
- The thumbnail is slightly misleading, as Brooklyn Guy didn't become happy because The Happy Song got removed before Marvin could show the video to him.
- The new name tags on the desks (except Jeffy’s) are still blank despite being instructed in the previous video.
- Marvin says The Happy Song is from Cocomelon, even though it is actually from Noodle & Pals.
