"Jeffy's Forest Fire!" is the 836th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis[]
Jeffy causes a forest fire!
Plot[]
Our story begins with Junior, Cody, Joseph and Jeffy meeting on the couch. Cody suggests they stay inside and read a book, making the other boys punch on him as a result. Cody says that he was kidding (though possibly lying about that too) and Jeffy suggests they go into the forest and light a firework. Junior and Joseph are in, but Cody objects for 3 reasons: it's daytime, it's dry season, and it's bent. Junior asks Cody for a firework license, but he doesn't have one! Junior asks Cody to tag along, but Cody refuses. Junior calls him a loser and the rest of the boys go out.
Once they're in the forest, Junior tells Jeffy to light the firework, so he does. However, Cody was right! The firework is crooked, and it lands in a tree, causing a fire. The boys think they started a forest fire, so they run off. Brooklyn T. Guy and Simmons (now as firefighters) see the forest fire near houses. Simmons wants to check the houses for cats, but Brooklyn T. Guy wants to focus on putting out the fire, and instructs Simmons to get some bottles of water to use. Brooklyn T. Guy, frustrated about the budget calls Chief for backup. He explains that there is a forest fire and the truck he drove did not have any water (while commenting on the dog, too), so Chief suggests to go into the houses and ask to borrow their water hoses, and spit on the fire as a plan "B." Simmons reports his finding to his friend: a lighter! Brooklyn T. Guy tells Simmons to report it to the police department and forget the fire.
Back at home, with Cody still on the couch, the boys are frazzled! When Cody asks them how it went, they blow it out, saying it went fine (even though the fire deathly scared them) and that they did not start a forest fire... but Cody suspects they did and turns on the news to be sure.
Cody was right again! The news knows about the incident, and Mr. Goodman warns viewers to stay away from the area. Joseph panics, but Junior slaps him, and reminds them that they did not cause the fire. Jeffy tries to blame the fireworks, and Cody finds out that they did start the forest fire. Junior tells him what happened and how random it was, and Cody tells them that it was bent and therefore he warned them not to do it. Junior supposes that everyone's gonna need to bring Cody with them before buying fireworks, but Cody states that they come with warnings. Junior suggests they sue the firework company, and Joseph agrees. Cody tells them to stay quiet because nobody knows they started it, and if they sue someone they eventually will find out. Junior says that they'll just have to sue them before getting arrest so the company will get in trouble, and they'd win the lawsuit, get more money, buy more fireworks and cause more forest fires and sue them to oblivion—the infinite money glitch. Junior calls a lawyer.
Mr. Goodman shows up, and Junior wants some legal advice. After Goodman says that he charged $10,000 a minute, Junior says that they're not that rich, so Goodman is about to leave if Junior had not stopped him and reminded him about Richard saying that he'd be their lawyer for free, much to his father's anger. Richard says that he's never seen the boys a day in his life, and Goodman is mad that the boys lied to him. Cody blows their cover, telling Goodman what happened, about their plan to sue the fireworks company for making fireworks. Junior hits Cody and says that a friend of theirs started it. Goodman tells them that they can't sue the fireworks company and suggests they hide and be silent. Junior tells Cody, who was mildly cross at being told off.
At the police department, Simmons gives the lighter to Susan to scan the fingerprints, but the fingerprints accidentally detect Simmons! Simmons believes the machine, and guiltily calls in Brooklyn T. Guy to "confess." Susan adds minor detail, "His fingerprints were on the lighter," and Brooklyn T. Guy is terribly upset about finding out that his friend would do something to atrocious and malignant. The American police reluctantly tries to arrest his Australian partner, but Susan notices that Simmons is not wearing gloves and tries to digitally enhance the fingerprints. The real results show up: Jeffy, age 18!
We're back in the house where Junior, Cody, Joseph and Jeffy started. This time, the boys don't say or do anything. After a second, Brooklyn T. Guy arrives and arrests Jeffy, who tries to eat his fingers off to avoid any proof. Junior can't help noticing Pooby's arm, which is right up Cody's butt. Cody tells Junior and Joseph, the latter of whom calls him a "drty cr***er" and the former of whom calls him a "stupid honkey," and Brooklyn Guy pieces it all together. Junior tells him that it was his idea to shoot the firework, but Jeffy lit it. Joseph didn't do anything and runs off, prompting the boys to go to court.
In the Judge Pooby segment, Jeffy tries to blame the fireworks, and Junior says that they took the firework into the woods, and then lit it and it flew in the woods and caught on fire, arguing that if fireworks were never invented, none of this wouldn't have happened. Judge Pooby insists that they're guilty and tries to think up a suitable punishment, so he consults the punishment book, and gives them the middle finger and sentences them to plant a tree and to do Community Service for one night while being supervised by the police. He appoints Guy to appoint them, but Guy doesn't want to, due to the Miami Heat Games. Pooby insists, lest he spend a month in jail with the kids, supporting the Knicks.
The kids find a note from Cody, saying, "I know you guys are going to jail, call me when you get out. Love, Cody." Guy says that they're supposed to plant a tree, but Mr. Beast planted 20 million trees and has them covered, and one of those trees is theirs. They're also supposed to do Community Service and Guy is supposed to watch them, but he only wants to watch the heat. When they win this game they're going to the Eastern Conference Finals and he'll his Himmy shirt. Junior is confused, and Guy explains that they're doing Community Service by helping a police officer watch the heat game. Junior wants to apologize, but Brooklyn gives them the game Sorry! to play. Junior asks if they aren't supposed to be doing proper community service, and Guy is tired and lets them do whatever they want, provided they do NOT tell the judge. Jeffy wants to light more fireworks, and Guy is preparing himself for the game, only for the news to come on and report a second fire. As a result, the Miami vs. Knicks game will be interrupted, and Goodman apologizes, saying that Guy won't be able to watch the game. Junior and Jeffy run back to confess their wrongdoing, and the episode ends with Guy screaming, "NO!" and explaining the pun.
