The video starts off with Jeffy begging Marvin to help build a Lego set. Marvin refuses, then Jeffy pulls out a different Lego set. Marvin complains that the Lego set takes 8 hours to build. Jeffy goes to the bathroom and finds eggs in the bathtub.
When Marvin calls an egg expert, the expert (Brooklyn T. Guy) says that those are dinosaur eggs, and are extremely valuable because dinosaurs are extinct. Also Brooklyn T. Guy threw an egg out the window "to see if it was a real egg", which causes it to break. He calls Duggie to see if the eggs are his, because Duggie is a dinosaur. Duggie says that those are not his eggs, and that Booger is his cousin. Then when Duggie learns those eggs are valuable, Duggie tries to steal some, smashing each one he attempts to steal in the process. Later when Mario decides to sell the dinosaur eggs, the black market dealer invalidates the eggs' genuinely, saying that those "dinosaur" eggs are fake and that some kid has been pulling a prank on people recently, putting fake eggs (that come from a toy egg excavation set) into their homes.
