"Jeffy's Brain!" is the 309th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis
Jeffy sneezes his brain out!
Plot
The video starts out with Mario, Rosalina and Jeffy eating pizza and wings. Jeffy then looks at Mario with his eye slightly out of his socket, Mario tells him to put it back in but Jeffy refuses. Mario tells him that they would have to go back to the hospital to go back in but Jeffy makes weird noises, causing Mario to sigh. Rosalina tells Mario she can't eat it because she is a vegetarian. When Mario asks when she started this, she answers with “About 5 minutes ago”.
An argument starts with Mario telling her to eat the pizza, Rosalina yells about her not liking pizza and throws her plate at the wall. Mario then yells at her and asks how old she is, she reasons by saying she thought it was acceptable because Jeffy does it. Mario says that it's because he is retarded.
Jeffy, smashing his pizza with a mallet, starts crying the same way he does when he is called a bad boy. Rosalina also starts crying after Mario yelled at her. Mario finds out he has a mallet and asks what Jeffy was doing with it, which he said he was beating his meat. Mario then leaves to go find some paper towels to clean up the mess Jeffy and Rosalina made.
Then Mario gets the paper towels and tells them to clean up and Rosalina says she would like to have a talk with him about how he raises his voice at her and he says "WELL I DON'T APPRICIATE YOU THREW A PLATE AT THE WALL AND I'M SUCH I DON'T APPRICIATE JEFFY BEATING HIS FOOD WITH & MALLET!" and Rosalina says he's yelling again and Mario says the same thing he yelled but in a calm tone and Jeffy asks him what he's talking about and he tells Jeffy to eat his wings and Jeffy gets the pepper and asks Mario how to open it and he was about to tell him how but Jeffy pours pepper all over the wings and he says "JEFFY YOU RUINED THE WINGS JEFFY YOU POURED PEPPER ALL OVER THE WINGS YOU RUINED IT YOU'RE SO STUPID!" and Jeffy says "WELL DADDY I'M TIRED OF YOU YELLING AT ME I'M GONNA EAT THESE WINGS UPSTAIRS!" & he goes upstairs to the living room Later on, Jeffy goes to eat in the living room, and pours all of the pepper onto the wings, Jeffy smells it and sneezes his brain out, and Mario calls Brooklyn T. Guy to come over and he brings a tub of brains.
Mario, Rosalina, and Brooklyn T. Guy have to try each brain because Guy dropped Jeffy's in the bin. The different brains consist of a Gangster, a Russian Serial Killer, and a redneck. Finally, they find Jeffy's brain, but at first, Jeffy was French until Mario hit him over the head with the hammer. Mario, however, sneezes his brain out shortly after and Jeffy has to find his brain. The first brain they found was, again, the gangster brain as the episode concludes.

Trivia
- When Rosalina tells Mario, "If you shake it more than twice, you're just playing with yourself!", it's a reference to an iconic line from the 2002 comedy "The Hot Chick", starring Rob Schneider.
- When Mario says that Jeffy's eye may fall out, he is possibly referring to Jeffy's Flu Shot!, where at the end, one of Jeffy's eyes falls out.
- This is the second time Jeffy cries because of being called a retard. The first was Jeffy's Sister!.
- This is one of a few times where both Jeffy and Rosalina cry in the same episode, the others being Jeffy's Bad Word! and Jeffy Gets Potty Trained!.
- The third time is Jeffy Gets Bullied!, But this time, he was really pissed off and beats up the bully.
- Jeffy's real brain could at first be mistaken for Jacque Pierre Francois's brain.
- It is revealed that Jeffy learned a French accent from his father, Jacques Pierre François.
- Rosalina is shown to have pedophilic tendencies as she begins flirting with Jeffy when he starts speaking French (Although she could've thought it was the brain of a dead French person).
- This episode shows that Brooklyn T. Guy may be bisexual or into choking or he has a choking fetish.
- The black stereotype and the redneck stereotype sound similar to that of Black Yoshi and Woody.
- Zeke stated that he requested this idea to Logan, but it was originally going to have Chef Pee Pee instead of Jeffy in a QNA with the SML Reviewer, and in the SML Reacts.
- It is revealed that Jacque Pierre Francois was an organ donor.
Errors
- The puppet used for Jeffy with the top of his head cut has different shoes.
- When Jeffy sneezes out his brain, Rosalina goes to call Brooklyn T. Guy, while Mario tries to wake up Jeffy. But next scene, it's Mario that called Brooklyn T. Guy, and Rosalina that's with Jeffy's body.
- If the viewer looks closely, Jeffy's brain can be seen at the back of the brain box when it is flung there.
- In Smart Jeffy, Jeffy's pencil pierces a hole in Jeffy's brain, yet in this video, there appears to be no hole in his brain. But it could have healed by now.
- Jeffy loses his pencil in his nose at some point, but he doesn't care, even though he threw a big tantrum about his pencil in Jeffy Loses His Pencil!
- When Brooklyn T. Guy goes to face Vladimir he is shown to be very near, in the next scene Brooklyn T. Guy is shown waiting for Vladimir to arrive.
- In reality, it would be completely impossible to sneeze out your brain.
