"Jeffy's Bad Christmas" is the 349th episode of SML Movies, and it is also the 2017 SML Christmas Special.
Synopsis
Merry Christmas!
Plot
The video starts with Jeffy having a temper tantrum because he only got one present, and it was coal, which Jeffy already got last year. Mario tells Jeffy that he got it because he was a bad boy, blaming him for the channel's current situation with YouTube, and Jeffy throws the Christmas tree out the window in anger. Mario yells at Jeffy and goes back into the living room.
Black Yoshi comes in, and Mario gives him his Christmas present, which was Grape Kool-Aid. Black Yoshi then tells Mario that a package came for him, and it was from YouTube. Mario opens up the package, and it was a portrait with a "This present has been age restricted" photo in it. Junior is playing with all his toys that he got for Christmas, and an enraged Jeffy comes in complaining about the "elephant poop" that he got.
Jeffy notices all the toys that Junior got. much to his anger, Jeffy goes to ask Mario why he didn't get any toys. Mario tells Jeffy that Santa Claus always watches Jeffy, and is watching him right now. Jeffy asks how he could get toys and Mario says that he could get Santa to visit only if Jeffy apologizes.
In the next scene, Brooklyn T. Guy disguised as Santa comes in and Jeffy tells him that he isn't having any fun, and tells him that he's sorry. He tells Jeffy that he isn't getting toys anyways, and has to wait next year. Jeffy then gets mad, and takes Santa's hat off, revealing his true identity. Mario tells Jeffy that the real Santa is at the North Pole, and Jeffy says that he's going to find the real one. Jeffy goes to see Junior, and asks Junior and Cody if they can help him go to the North Pole. Cody says that he has a ukulele that can open up portals. Cody plays the song, and says that it was just a regular ukulele, and gets the real transporter. They turn on the machine, and the real Santa appears in the room.
Jeffy goes up to him and punches him, knocking him down. Jeffy told Santa that he didn't get any toys, and Santa checks the naughty list, and hits him with the book and runs away. Jeffy catches him, and ties him up. Santa tells him that he'll give him all the toys he wants as long as he lets him go. Jeffy unties the rope, and Santa starts to run away again. Jeffy catches him again, and they tie him up even tighter this time. Santa tells him that he will give him toys this time, and Jeffy unties him. Santa gets his magical toy bag, and gets inside to try to get to the North Pole. They catch him again, and tell him to give Jeffy toys.
A cop comes in, and says that he got a call from the North Pole. Junior tries to stall him, and the cop finally leaves. They go back to Santa, and he says that he will give Jeffy one toy as long as they give him milk and cookies. While Santa is eating, he starts choking, and Jeffy saves him. Santa thanks him, and says that he'll give Cody, Junior, and Jeffy toys. He tells them to turn around and count, and then he runs away. Jeffy gets sad, and Junior gives him his robot toy. Cody is about to give Junior a gift, but it's implied to be sexual in nature, and the video gets age-restricted as a result. The video then ends.

- Santa Claus was portrayed by Tito Jimenez in this video.
- This was Mario's final 2017 Appearance, even though Mario will still appear in SML Movies/Shorts in 2018.
- At the 9:20 and 13:25 timestamps, the ROBLOX death sound can be heard.
- This is the second time the "I'm A Fraud" joke by Brooklyn T. Guy is said again. The first is in "Jeffy Gets Help!".
- This is the fourth consecutive video to not feature any cussing.
- Jeffy being blamed for the channel's current financial crisis is grounded in reality, as a parent complained that the joke about Jeffy hanging himself in "Jeffy's Tantrum!" taught her son how to do the same, thus leading YouTube to believe the channel was part of the Elsagate controversy, despite the fact that unlike the channels involved in Elsagate, SML has never been aimed specifically at kids.
- The same footage is used for both of Santa's first two escape attempts.
- At the end of the video, Jeffy appears playing "Jingle Bells" on the Cat Piano.
- Jeffy becomes the second SML Character to get coal, the first was Bowser Junior in 2015.
- This is the second time the age restricted joke is seen at the end of the video, the first being "The Remote!".
- It is revealed Jeffy mistakes coal as elephant poop. Coincidentally, Junior thought the coal he got in The Christmas Special! was elephant poop as well, but he also thought it was dinosaur eggs.
- This is one of the few instances where Jeffy says "You said Jeffy's a bad boy?", and reacts in an angry manner rather than simply crying and banging his head.
- This is also the last time Jeffy reacts to being called a bad boy. In future videos, Mario would sometimes punish Jeffy by grounding him when he cusses or make messes or mistakes.
- The same SML question from Bowser Junior Meets Santa Claus! and Bowser Junior's Christmas Eve! was used again in this video.
