Synopsis

It's Jeffy's 16th birthday!

Plot

Mario and Rosalina are secretly planning Jeffy's birthday in the kitchen, with Mario setting up a few cupcakes with candles shaped as the number 16 stuck on top. Rosalina isn't sure that he would appreciate this because it seems cheap, but Mario assures her that he will, and that Jeffy probably doesn't even remember it's his birthday considering his intelligence at this will all be a big surprise. Upon entering the gaming room, they come across Jeffy with a birthday hat openly singing about his special day, clearly indicating that he knows that today is his birthday and he has gotten a lot smarter over the years. Mario and Rosalina wishes him a happy birthday and Jeffy then reminds them that (through exaggerated vehicular roleplay) that now that he's 16, he could drive now. Mario says that a driver's license is required before driving, but Jeffy insists that he doesn't need one before asking where his car is. Shocked and confused, Mario tells Jeffy that he will not get him a car. Jeffy becomes sad and starts suffering from his hate of his hat in his disappointment. Rosalina tells Mario that kids should have a first car for their 16th birthday but Mario refuses. Rosalina forces Mario to get Jeffy a car, so Mario reluctantly decides to go buy him a car, which turns out to be a 1990 Porsche 944S2 which Jeffy (and even Rosalina) is not amused or impressed by considering it run down and dilapidated condition.

Then they decide to have cake, which again Jeffy is not amused or impressed by because Jeffy does not like cupcakes. The doorbell suddenly rings and Rosalina answers it and sees that it's Super D, her superhero ex-boyfriend. After some small talk, she invites him inside. Mario isn't too keen on having Rosalina's ex-boyfriend in the house, but then Super D uses his cake powers to turn Jeffy's cupcakes into a big cake, which Jeffy is super impressed by. Then Scooter comes over dressed as a firefighter and said it was getting hot in the house and sang "Hot in Herre" by Nelly, leading to Mario sending him to leave. Mario isn't amused by them eating the cake and subsequently kicks Super D out, but not before he flies over to a car dealership, steals a 2020 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Stingray, paints it, and gives it to Jeffy as his new car, which leaves Jeffy ecstatic. Mario is left sad and somewhat jealous as he retreats to the red couch because he tried his best to make Jeffy's birthday good for him, but apparently nothing was good enough compared to Super D's gifts.

Meanwhile, Jeffy takes his new car for a joyride, but is caught by Brooklyn T. Guy after the car was reported stolen, since Super D took it from a car dealership. After Jeffy introduces Brooklyn to Super D, he takes off flying leaving Brooklyn alone with Jeffy and decides to arrest him and give him all the charges. He takes him home where he explains to a shocked Mario and Rosalina that Super D is actually a super villain. Rosalina said Super D used his powers for good while they were dating, but Brooklyn Guy said he was wanted for “Super Tax Evasion”. They try to get Jeffy back, but Brooklyn Guy refuses to give him to them and that Jeffy will have to go to jail for 5 years. The two of them plead with him to let Jeffy go, and Brooklyn agrees to let him go, only if they throw him a birthday party considering it's his birthday today too. At the party, Brooklyn T. Guy appreciates the cupcakes more than the cake and asks for a car, but he doesn't even care what it looks like, even if it's like the car Mario gave Jeffy, leading to Jeffy and Rosalina apologizing to Mario for their spoiled and ungrateful behavior. The episode ends with Brooklyn T. Guy breaking the fourth wall by noticing Christmas music being played in the background and thinks it's unfitting.

The video has a stinger where Scooter shows up at the door in a police suit. He says there was a noise complaint. Scooter then strips, causing Mario to tell him to leave.

• From this birthday onwards, Jeffy‘s age is always in the title.
• This episode was supposed to be released on August 21st, but it was postponed so Logan and his crew could work on it before "Chef Pee Pee Goes to Hollywood!".
• This is the final Jeffy's Birthday episode to feature the Nintendo plushies due to Logan getting the cease and desist letter from Nintendo.

• Jeffy sings "If You're Sad and You Know It", which is a parody or a verse of the song "If You're Happy and You Know It" when he is disappointed by the cupcakes that Mario provided.
• Since Jeffy was acting spoiled, this video has somewhat of a similar concept to the reality show, "My Super Sweet 16", which features parents attempting to throw expensive and perfect birthday celebrations for their children. This could also be a reference to the YouTuber Dhar Mann, where a character doesn't appreciate something but appreciates very later when someone either reminds them they like it or sees someone who doesn't have the things the character was given
  • The Christmas song that played in the end is called "Silent Night". Brooklyn Guy notices it playing in the background and thinks that the music is unfitting.
• The song Scooter sings is "Hot In Herre" by Nelly.

Errors

• When Rosalina opens the door, it was dark but when Mario opens the door, it was light.
• Technically, Jeffy must apply for a license at the DMV, pass a permit test, and pass a driver's test before he can get his own car.
• When Jeffy wants a car, and Mario says that Jeffy can't drive because he doesn't have a license and that he doesn't know how to do it. Being that in "Jeffy's Drivers License!" Jeffy knew how to drive in the test as Brooklyn Guy said in it. It's probably that Mario forgot about that, or didn't consider that Jeffy really knew how to drive, since in the test, Jeffy mostly crashed the cones, and didn't believe that Brooklyn Guy was actually testing him.
