Grimace is a popular mascot from McDonald's. He is shown to get very angry when someone drinks his milkshake, because he claims that it's his milkshake, and that no one else should have it. Susan has stated that Grimace killed over 700 people, which is true because he tells Junior, Joseph and Cody that he did it, and during the phone call with Brooklyn Guy, he says “I’m the real Grimace and if you take a sip of my milkshake, I'll kill you just like I killed those other 700 People!”

In his debut video, The Grimace Shake!, he is shown to get very angry when someone drinks his milkshake. If someone drinks his milkshake, Grimace will find them and kill them. He will keep an eye on the victim to see if they drink the milkshake or not. When he's staring at the victim, he will tell them numerous death threats.

Brooklyn T. Guy[]
He and Brooklyn Guy seemed to have a good friendship. They both went to high school together, and says that he's a great guy, and friendly. Brooklyn Guy’s bond with Grimace ran so deep that he defended Grimace once he became a prime suspect in the murders surrounding his own milkshake, even with the unmistakable evidence and Grimace himself making his intentions know. Only after witnessing Grimace try to kill others does Brooklyn Guy realize, he indeed is the murderer, forcing him to gun him down and bringing their friendship to a tragic end.

- When he first appears, he speaks like the Alien, but later, his (real) voice sounds a bit similar to Jonathan's voice.
- Grimace killing people who drink his Birthday Shake is an obvious reference to the TikTok and YouTube trend, involving people drinking the shake, and subsequently being found dead only moments later, likely having been killed by Grimace.
- Grimace's behavior in the episode is similar to his original depiction as "Evil Grimace" but in a more violent and twisted way.
- He appears to be very selfish.
- He's said to be four thousand and seven years old, according to himself on the SML Gaming channel.
- Giving what he claims, he was born around 2000 BC.
- Also in the same video, he claimed he was still alive because bullets cannot kill him. This is proven to be false, as he was shot dead by Brooklyn Guy in "The Grimace Shake!". Grimace was also killed by The Burger King when he shoved a chicken nugget down his throat, asphyxiating him, in "Junior's Free Fries!".
- Grimace is 9'8 and 900lbs as according to his first driver's license, he is 9'8 and was 320lbs at the time and an average (Grimace's Species) weighs 900lbs.

- This means Grimace is the tallest confirmed SML character.
- He's implied to have some kind of speech impediment, since he pronounces the words "door" as "noor" and "sniff" as "niff".
- It’s also a reference to a meme where an old man begs a doorbell camera to open the "noor".
- Grimace currently has the highest kill count in the SML universe, having murdered over 700 people all over the world. Ironically, this record was previously held by Patrick (who killed 46 babies in "Jeffy's Lie!"), who was Grimace's first on-screen victim in "The Grimace Shake!".
- Grimace's voice sounds similar to Grounder from Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog. It also sounds like a deeper version of Jeffy's voice.
