The Drug Dealer was a gangster who appears in “Black Yoshi's Girlfriend”. He seems to be also a pimp because it seems Delilah works for him when menacing her where his money went, Pink Yoshi said she needed more time, but he was going to kill her when Black Yoshi came his way. He tells him he is selling drugs like Kool-Aid, so when he tells him he has a bag of one nickel and a dime Black Yoshi insulted him, and the drug dealer menace to kill Pink Yoshi in front of him. When Black Yoshi runs over him and puts him in his trunk he screams, his scream sounds like Toad, and got shot to death by Pink Yoshi.
