Dr. Wong (full name Sum Ting Wong) is a character who debuted in "Bowser Junior's Prank Gone Wrong!"
Brooklyn T. Guy was absent because Pablo was taking a break due to COVID, Junior called a Chinese restaurant and she went to the house.
Dr. Wong says a bunch of things that made no sense until she told Junior that Chef Pee Pee needs hearing aids. Junior doesn't understand what that means and tells Dr. Wong to leave.

Dr. Wong is wise and philosophical, but somewhat illogical, but does have some common sense, as she still suggested hearing aids to Chef Pee Pee.
